because I recently got back to experimenting with macro-friendly recipes!! 😍🙌🏽 is this poop?? 💩 Is it ice cream?? 🍦 How about... vegan edible cookie dough!!! 😍🤤🤤🤤 Wish I thought of adding Enjoi Life vegan choco-chunks, but it was great as is! ☺️ 😆Love my new recipe bc I used ✖️NO✖️ artificial sweeteners!😯 Many of my macro-friendly sweets use artificial sweeteners to save macros, (my go-to protein powder for baking, PES’ whey/casein blend, has them) Don’t get me wrong- there’s no prob consuming artificial sweeteners in moderation. But personally I’m reallllyy sensitive to them, so when I bake for myself I avoid ‘em.
🤫Been testing supps from a new company with whom I may be working soon! So I can’t reveal my new recipe (yet!) but their all natural vegan protein powder is what I used & I diggggg 👌🏽
😁Even w/o artificial sweeteners, this recipe is still great on macros!

Sometimes I’m killing it with my workouts and making all the progress while other times I’m just maintaining and listening to my body. Both are OK. •
Just wanted to tell you that two steps forward and one step back is still a movement forward. Just keep MOVING your body and NOURISH it. Sometimes you will feel super motivated and other times DISCIPLINE will take over and you will have to make those healthy choices anyway. But it doesn’t have to be perfect. It’s about pushing yourself and giving yourself GRACE at the same time. •

HOTEL GYM - LEG DAY 🏋🏻♀️
Working out on holiday isn’t always easy. Unless I’m on a relaxing beach break, I don’t bother. City mini-breaks involve a lot of walking, and dependent on the landscape you’re probably already hiking up and down hills without knowing it!
As the Algrave is as chilled as it gets, I found myself with energy to expel. Luckily the hotel has a gym so I’ve made use of the equipment available for a leg workout 🙌🏼 Try these moves out to work up a real sweat!
