💥💥👌🏽INVEST YOUR TIME👌🏽💥💥 When you invest your time, you make a goal and a decision of something that you want to accomplish. Whether it's make good grades in school, be a good athlete, be a good person, go down and do some community service and help somebody who's in need.....whatever it is you choose to do, you're investing your time in that.
My point with this is quite simple! So many people complain about "where they are in their life" yet they do nothing to actually make anything change! They just do the same old thing over and over again but still expecting a different outcome!! Most of us won't be handed a "easy life" on a plate so we have to make a conscious decision to make a difference and to create the best possible future for ourselves! 💥💥CHILL OUT THIS WEEKEND AND GET READY TO INVEST IN YOURSELF💥💥

When I first tried this, I thought my foot and head would touch. This is because I’d been inspired to try after seeing someone else with her foot on her head, hand flat on the floor. But my body didn’t seem to bend in that way 😆 . .
I realised not only would I have to go into a crazy oversplit for foot-to-head to happen but I’d have to change my bone structure! .
The girl who inspired me to try this clearly had different skeletal proportions to me: a longer torso and shorter legs. I’m pretty sure a lifetime of yoga won’t change skeletal proportions! She was also in an oversplit and ... I’ve been there done that. Those days are over 😅 . .
So...the only difference here is perhaps you can see my face in the older photo is like “what’s happening?!” and now I just enjoy the STRREETTCHH yum! My foot will likely never reach my head in this half moon variation and that’s just fine!️

What is Carb Cycling? 🤷🏼♂️💪🏼
Carb cycling is a dietary approach in which you alternate carb intake on a daily, weekly or monthly basis.
It is commonly used to lose fat, maintain physical performance while dieting, or overcome a weight loss plateau.
Some people adjust their carb intake day-to-day, while others may do longer periods of low, moderate and high-carb diets.
In short, carb cycling aims to time carbohydrate intake to when it provides maximum benefit and exclude carbs when they're not needed. —
A typical weekly carb cycling diet may include two high-carb days, two moderate-carb days and three low-carb days.
Protein intake is usually similar between days, whereas fat intake varies based on the carb intake.
A high-carb day normally means low-fat, whereas the low carbs days are high-fat.
Carb cycling is an advanced diet strategy requiring more manipulation and programming than a typical diet.

Life is for living. Give yourself the right fuel to make it worthwhile @wolfmealprep
Don’t usually go out but when I do I take a thousand photos 💁🏻♀️ Currently stuck to the fire waiting on some fooood 🔥🍕🍟
Today I didn’t make it to the gym and Friday was a short cycling session. Which sometimes is needed. I usually take an insanely awesome class @klubathletik
called tred n shred but I just couldn’t justify going with how tired I was and how sore my Achilles was. I have worked 180 hours in the past 3 weeks and I’m dead. I needed a good day of rest and recovery. As for my Achilles I’m nearing the one year mark of when I fully ruptured it. It’s been a tough journey and occasionally I need to rest it still, but it feels good to be able to run and sprint when I can.
So here’s to my rest and recovery day. Back at it tomorrow 💪🏼. #klubathletik #gym #girlswholift #restandrecovery #recharge #girlswithtattoos #trednshred #fitness #fitnessjourney

5th workout of the week complete ✅ it was a struggle because my abs are so sore 🙈 and you don’t realise how much you use your abs in almost every exercise until they’re sore 😂 had a quick warm up on the cross trainer and then did an upper back workout 🙌🏼
Shoulder mobility improvement for Maya in only a couple of weeks. She came to me with a fair few chronic issues as well as some other little niggles. Shoulder mobility being a big problem
Nothing fancy being done to achieve this. Just the standard mobility drills I post frequently and a couple of strengthening exercises to complement them -
Next stop: addressing the hip issue
Starting off with a little self-love this Valentines and hitting the gym for the first time since having Harmony. 🏋🏽♀️💕
Purple is my new favorite winter color 💜 switched things up and instead of doing stiff leg deadlifts I tried out the good old regular deadlift for the first time ever and I am very happy to say I lifted 155lbs for 5 reps 😁💪🏼 still trying to perfect the squat form but I’ll get there 🏋🏼♀️
