Ti voglio rendere facile la vita, ma mi serve che ci metti un pò di impegno. ➖ Prima di tutto ho perso due o tre diottrie per fare questo post quindi condividilo un sacco nelle tue storie, aiuta un amico o amica che vuole mettere peso! ➖ Secondo, vuoi aumentare di peso? Ecco come fare: ➖ FASE I 1. Calcola il tuo fabbisogno calorico giornaliero (www.tdeecalculator.net) 2. Segna quello che mangi su un app (myfitesspal) e stai sopra di 500 calorie circa al giorno su media settimanale 3. Allenati 4/5 volte a settimana con i pesi anche a casa con manubri (amazon), meglio con bilancieri in palestra 4. Fai 10.000 passi al giorno (app su cellulare o fitness tracker) FASE II 1. Pesati tutti i giorni e segna su un app (fitbit) così da vedere il trend del peso 2. Prendi la misura del girovita altezza ombelico con metro morbido 3. Fatti una foto di fronte e una di lato alla luce FASE III 1. Dopo 1 mese vedi se il peso scende e le misure come vanno e: A. se va tutto bene non cambiare nulla B. se il peso non sale devi fare due cose I: Aumenta le calorie II: Aumenta i carichi C. Well I'm feeling yesterday's workout today, it feels good because I know it means I pushed myself 💪 • Today was going to be my rest day but I've decided to go lift some weights with my brother instead. Last night we saw The Stereophonics and I’ll be honest, despite being a huge fan when I was 12-16 I haven’t listened to them since unless they’ve been on the radio so I was a bit take it or leave it as to whether we bothered seeing them but I’m so glad we did! They played a lot of old songs (thankfully!) so i had a good old sing along! Ps. That’s not my voice you can hear singing on the video... I was careful not to sing when I recorded 😂. Heading off to a wedding this morning and then back to Tramlines tonight for @blossomsband and @themightyi and I CANT WAIT 😍! #tramlinesfestival

Living life in a sunbeam ✌️
Finishing my day with a protein shake and chicken salad. I don't always eat healthy foods. For lunch I had costco pizza. However, I only had two slices and was able to fit it into my daily calories and macros. I don't deprive myself of cravings, I occasionally try to fit them in. Also nobody is perfect of course there are cheat days. I admit in the past I have definately had cheat weeks or fell on the wagon completely for a month or two. However, I am making changes. I have accepted that this is a lifestyle not a quick fix. I am no longer letting myself feel guilty for any set backs and instead just continue forward. I will definitely not be tracking food on my Hawaii vacation next week, but I will try to eat intuitively and not go to crazy. We are also trying to stay active with hiking and activities. Been working extra hard on my push/pull days so my body can catch up with my lower body. . Reminder to work on your weaknesses!! I used to hate arm days, now ironically I like them more than leg days. . By working on my weak areas and seeing improvements/progress, it transfers into my mindset to be applied to things that aren't physical. Like facing things/situations that give me anxiety. Knowing I am successfully building up one kind of weakness helps me face others. And that's why I'm firmly stand behind the words: strong body, strong mind. . Did some measurements this morning to see where I’m at. Like weight, measurements don’t motivate me (muscles weigh more than fat and get bigger) but I know having too much fat around your tummy can lead to diabetes and others things. Stress Relief 💕 We all have challenging situations we deal with on a daily basis, which is why it's so important for us to find healthy ways to deal with that stress so that we aren't allowing it to drain our energy and focus from the things we want in life. A great way to deal with stress is through healthy outlets like exercising, hobbies and allowing room for downtime. Me personally, I use stress as a motivator. If I'm having an off day I take whatever it is and use it as fuel for my workouts. Not only do I get that extra push but I've also released my stress in a healthy way and feel great afterwards! 😊 Everyone is different though, so do what works best for you! Motivation Monday! One year from today I started my journey to becoming more fit. There has been many times where I wanted to give up because I didn't see much results but I didn't and kept going and today I'm happy to see the results and proud of what I have accomplished in a year. I'm still not where I want to be but definitely happy where I am.
Tonight’s workout killed me 💀 warmed up using resistance bands for glute bridges, hip abductor, kickbacks and jump squats. Squats- 3x8 60kg, 3x3-5 70kg, (box squats) 3x2 100kg. Hip thrusts- 3x12-15 60kg, 3x8 100kg.
