I’m having a rest day today due to feeling a little run down, and I DO NOT want to get sick. Previously I would have ignored these signs and ended up with a cold and unable to exercises until I got better. Listen to your body and learn it’s warning signs. but after seeing @jodieebedford
workout the other day I thought I'd give it the benefit of doubt & give it a shot... OMG my glutes were in bits after the lunges 😳 .
Followed by my heaviest RDLs after hip thrusts & I was done haha
Ended with a little cardio circuit just to finish the legs off 🙌

Moi super cette semaine perte de 800g voir un peu plus car il y a 2 semaines j’etait a 99kg et la semaine dernière j’avais fait beaucoup d’excès et je ne m’était pas peser du coup j’avais du remonter un peu mais là ça risque plus d’arriver car j’ai vraiment trouver un équilibre qui me va totalement moi qui adore tous calculer et maîtriser la flexi diet et vraiment fait pour moi 🙈

This matches the drop off in the strength profile of the muscle nicely and allows you to keep going when you gas out at the range of movement that precedes each exercise.
But who cares about all that geeky shit, the pumps are 👊🏻💦 worthy.

Weighted pull ups with 70lbs wasn’t too shabby. These pull ups are a great “compound” exercise, which involves most of the lats and biceps. Overall, doing pull ups is an awesome workout to work on different muscle groups. Do these weighted pull ups and you’ll get them gains faster than ever! 💪
Workout: 3 x failure
Hanging leg raise while pulling myself up for reps. It’s fun doing this exercise because it feels good doing it. Have you tried this? If not, give it a shot! As always, keep grinding and have fun! 💪
80lb concentration bicep curl PR! This beast was a tough one to get up haha biceps for days! 💪🏽
Chest day! 225lb for 3 reps! Whooo I felt the chest pump after this haha no need for a spotter if you know your limits! As always, do not let the grind stop! 💯
I’m not in CrossFit, but I do like flipping tires once in awhile. This exercise engages the hamstrings, back and glutes. Also, this helps with your explosiveness going up. I was gonna do deadlifts, but, I just needed to spice it up alittle and have fun flipping tires haha. If you have a big tire laying around, definitely try it out! Also, have fun at the gym!! 💪
