Bc with our willingness to change comes a lot of questions like “how” and by the time our mind processes the information we’ll already have tons of fears/comments why we don’t really need to do certain things.
✔️Let me take my personal example, due to some events in my life my fitness life is changing a bit from what I used to do. ✔️right now I need to split my cardio and in some days off I gotta do 30mins in the morning and 30 in the evening. I’ve done my morning routine yesterday, but I also had to do in the evening, and getting home at 10pm knowing that you still gotta do lots of things and cardio on top doesn’t really add that motivation, that’s if honest. Do u think I wanna do it, of course it sucks, but instead of letting my mind think and process how I feel about it, I quickly got changed and went to do the cardio. Pushing yourself to change your routines aren’t easy, but it’s always worth it ✅ ✅Do at least one thing to make you feel proud of yourself
