Here's a shit shoulder stand in a Chicago park haha. Gotta start practicing again but I'm glad the skills haven't completely faded. I know when I first started I would flip out and land on my back like a absolute boss\idiot. The little boy was inspired to copy me and my mum just thinks I suck at doing handstands & I didn't know what I was doing hahaha. Thanks for the "you're not going anywhere" mum

🔥Safety tip for tricep pushdown🔥

I think tricep pushdowns are the only exercise where people actually use too BIG of a range of motion sometimes. You actually should not bring the attachment as high as possible. You should keep your wrists in line with your forearms which is important for elbow health. Basically, come up until your wrists are about to bend and that’s enough.
