My 100 word transformation story below: ⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️
I was unhappy and uneducated on what a healthy lifestyle was. Which lead to me developing an negative relationship with food, becoming bulimic. I gained 35 kilos in 8 months. Binge eating and bringing it up is something I was in denial about, not realising what I was doing was dangerous to my health. I would eat two footlong subs and wonder why I was gaining weight. In December 2015, I got asked if I was pregnant, after that I decided to make a change and began going to the gym and eating better. In total I have lost 40 per cent of my body weight.
