If you’ve followed me from the beginning, you’ll have read my about me & you’ll know that my other “job” is performing.
This weekend I travelled to Bristol to do just that, sing with ma band and entertain a whole load of rowdy drunk people, so. much. fun.
Evidence that you can in fact, do both.. rock gym kit all day everyday and then get all dressed up whenever you feel like it 💁🏽♀️ balance.
Of course I trained both days and ate my macros because... prep life.. 🙃but still, an evening of doing my fav thing in the world has left me all content and motivated for the next week.
