If you’ve followed my journey you’ll remember I gained weight after my trip to Nigeria. I think I weighed around 225lbs 🤔 it was pretty embarrassing because I haven’t seen that figure in over 18months but hey life throws you curved balls sometimes and weightloss is never straightforward 🤷♀️ Anyways, after struggling to get back on track i got on the @21daymealplan

at the end of last month. Out of the 28 days I think i stayed on the plan 20 days have lost nearly 13lbs.
Now I have seen people on this same plan lose as much as 20lbs in 21 days but guess what? Our bodies and metabolism are different. Plus if you battle #pcos
like me you will not lose weight as fast. So this loss right here is a big deal for me and I’m happy! My only goal in July is to get back to #onderland
For workout this month I have focused on doing more cardio (because back/waist pain) and I drink a lot of water too.
