I have been a member of around 6-7 different gyms in the past 3 years, sometimes even signing up to the same crappy gym twice, already knowing that it was pony (cos that made perfect sense) 🙈🙄 I normally sign up, bang out a few classes and go maybe 3 or 4 times in my first couple of weeks then I find excuses why NOT to go....sound familiar?
So, for me to consistently keep going 4 weeks in and I’ve probs done more classes at this gym then I ever have in my lifetime I can only put it down to one thing and it’s all about what gym you choose...who agrees? A massive key factor for me is location and parking. It has to be close to my house and if I struggle to park or have to pay to park then instantly I can’t be arsed to go because that’s just an added stress before I even get into the gym. Secondly if the classes are constantly booked and you have to fight to get on the machines then why the hell am I paying a monthly membership for? David LLoyd is perfect for me for those reasons above plus many others - it ticks all the boxes 🙌🏽 #findyourhappyplace
Classes this week are as follows....today will be my first time ever in a legs, bums and tums class so I’m hoping it will be hardcore as I need to pay extra attention to my core area and also my jelly ass 💪🏽 I also bang out a 30 minute gym sess before my classes, each time focussing on a different area being arms, legs and chest/abs #loveyourselfenoughtochange #balanceddiet #healthyeating #lifestyleblogger #fitness #fitnessmotivation #myloveoffood #foodie #absforchristmas #thatsalliwant #davidlloyd #gymfreak #gymtime #tuesdayfeels #mynewobsession #gymgirls #classes #letsdothisshit #beckiegetsfit
