Weight lost mind set for the beginners!!!
A key thing in losing weight and lowering body fat is to follow achievable goals based on your present starting level. If you are not losing fat it is because you aren’t focusing on the right things. If you are greater than 30% body fat, your number one culprit is your nutrition. Its not the amount of cardio or the fasted cardio style. Cardio doesn’t really burn that many calories at the end of the day. But a full day of bad eating eclipse what you burned in your training.
Reading a tip on fat loss and think that it is the best place to focus on; ie. carbohydrates such as sweet potatoes are better than white rice or other less complex carbohydrates. It isn’t likely that you are struggling to choose between these two options. You are likely eating french fries. Hellll; you probably ordered sweet potato fries cause it’s sounds healthier and choose the diet cola too!!! SMILE, I got your attention with that one!
