Now that everyone knows what my bedroom furniture looks like 😂 nothing like a MOTIVATION MONDAY than putting on clothes you haven’t worn in 500 years and seeing/feeling how differently they feel since you last wore them! Sometimes the scale won’t budge or it’ll fluctuate like crazy but there’s plenty of other ways to mark your progress. Now get out there & crush the week! 💪🏼
Also s/o to the plug: eyebuy direct for coming through with my new prescription 🤓

When I see this transformation, the part that makes me most proud and rewarded is knowing I did this naturally. Especially In an industry where a true natural is basically an endangered specie.
In choosing to be natural, this didn’t happen in 6 months.. 1 year... or even 3... this is roughly 6 years (age 16-22) of training. The reason for this post is because I want this to speak to the small group of us natural lifters (now smaller than ever) whether you’ve been training as long as me or just starting out. I understand that if I took any performance enhancement drug, the duration of my transformation could of been cut in half.. hell, even a quarter of the time and that even now I would still be considered “skinny” to many lifters in the fitness industry. Yet, that is not the lifestyle I personally choose. (I have no problem with those who choose to do PED’s. It is all personal preference and your goal) I never had a true desire for that and instead was attracted to the different kind of discipline, dedication, and overall patience natural lifting consists of. Considering the process is much slower. Plus, I never cared to be the biggest guy in the room.. or an IFBB pro.. I just wanted to build an athletic and aesthetic looking physique to enhance my quality of life. Im truly confident I have mastered this and it is has been my goal to share with both men and woman who strive for something similar. To look and feel fit while balancing a social, active life.. and learning to LEAN INTO THE JOURNEY OF GROWTH both physically and mentally throughout. To focus on the macro and don’t get caught up on the micro with quick fixes like taking steroids just because you want to fit in more or look cooler.. this is the lifestyle i choose to live and share. Youtube videos will not be slowing down and much more is coming for those who want to join the lifestyle ✌🏼 #thenextchapter

First time using Fat Gripz. Forearms are on 🔥
Hey fam!👋🏻 so I got ✌🏼 out of my 3 failures on video, I figured I should share since I only post the good ones ya know? After the 3rd attempt was a dud I brushed it off dropped the weight and carried on with my bad self💁🏻♀️😂😂 For me the best way to make progress is to get out of my head put my ego aside and go for it, even if I fail. Positivity is key and just believing in yourself can go a longggg way. Don’t worry the full leg day is still on it’s way tomorrow🤗💕
Off on an adventure for a week! However we are not letting our change of scenery stop us from pursuing our goals in this 80 Day program and have a suit case just for food 😂🙌🏼 Love this free life and the ability to pack up and make spontaneous trips with my other half 😍🙌🏼💪🏼💜 #FreeLiving #AdventureTime #LoveThisHealthyLife

WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO BE “FIT?”
As a society, we’ve been brainwashed to think that fitness has a specific look to it. We see only a very narrow depiction of what it means to be fit in the media and on the internet. As a result, so many people feel like fitness isn’t for them.
We’re on a mission to bring more inclusivity to the fitness space, and to make more people feel as though they belong. We want you to realize that YOU get to determine what being fit means to you.
Being fit might mean that you can climb a flight of stairs without getting out of breath. Being fit might mean that you can deadlift twice your bodyweight. Being fit might mean you can get down on the ground and play with your grandkids. Being fit might mean that you can complete a marathon.
There is not right or wrong way to be fit. The only thing that matters is that you FEEL good, that you are striving towards better health, and that you are happy while doing so.
So stop letting other people’s definition of fitness make you feel as though you’re not worthy. Everyone has the right to strive toward their goals and everyone has the right to determine for themselves what those goals should be!
Tag a friend who needs to hear this today! And let us know YOUR definition of “fit” in the comments below! Until next time,✌️💙💪

Bulking is the process people go through in the hopes to gain muscle mass. It can be done in a number of ways. These are:
- lean bulking
- Normal bulking
- Dirty/rapid bulking
The reason why there are different types is because each one progressively results in more overall mass being gained. “Overall” meaning you will also gain fat along with muscle. With lean bulking, you are essentially minimising fat gain whilst maximising lean muscle gain by only eating in a slight caloric surplus (100-300). With normal bulking, you’re eating a little more than if you were to lean bulk (400-600 surplus), meaning faster muscle gain but more fat mass also accumulated. As for rapid or “dirty” bulking, you’re eating at a surplus of 700 all the way up to potentially 1000+ calories, resulting in muscle gain but a lot of fat along with it also. The reason why people would choose this option is because it is the fastest way to gain strength and muscle due to how much excess energy you’re providing your body, however you’re not necessarily gaining much more muscle than normal bulking.
