PROGRESS REPORT: my BMI went from 38 down to 32! Plus I did a whole mile under 20 minutes, which is faster than any of my cross country times from high school. I’ve been seeing a difference in my face and waist as well. Also, no more stretch marks on my arms! 💪🏻🤩🤯🤪
I'm craving this so hard right now. Being single for 2 years takes it's toll sometimes. I yearn for deep connections and talking for hours. Oh, to be held and fall asleep in someone's arms! I miss that shit. I miss that connection. Most importantly I miss that ENERGY.. the comfort... the peace, the love.
As humans we need affection. Hell, babies who are not held and nuzzled and hugged enough will literally stop growing and if the situation lasts long enough, even if they are receiving proper nutrition, die. Just because we grow up and become adults doesn't mean that goes away. To connect, to hug, to touch, to see a how you light up someone's eyes by just being you, to laugh together, to sync up in energy, to love... we all need it 💖 Don't forget that, and go hug someone you love today!

I will never tell you not to have your cake and eat it too, but one lesson I have learned about my own habits is that I would use “special occasions” as an excuse to overindulge. But special occasions aren’t special if they are happening every weekend - date night, wedding, birthday party, holiday party, the list could go on and on. I found myself indulging more often than not with hat logic. Now if I want cake or dessert, that’s fine, but healthy nutrition comes first, and then if I still want it and I’m hungry, I can have it guilt free ❤️

Even though I coach people, I am super impatient when it comes to seeing progress too!
I’ve been very slowly cutting for a month and a half now and I’ve only lost 2 pounds on the scale. I do feel better in clothes and in my body, but I also want fast results sometimes. I’m a human and want to be rewarded for my work 🤷🏼♀️
I will say I have done this with no cardio, other than my daily walks outside and keeping my calories as high as possible. So now I know I need to start doing some cardio so I don’t have to give up food. It’s a choice! You can increase your energy Expenditure or consume less
I’m just happy my body is functioning properly again! I’m thankful for a healthy, happy body that allows me to workout and live my life😊

That number doesn't defy us, changes daily, and you can't let it bring you down. We are worth more than a number. I know how much my weight can fluctuate daily and im happy with where I am! I'll never claim to be perfect but i will always be real. Just like you I do struggle but those struggles make us strong! I am no where close to where I started and for many years 180 was my 'goal weight' when I was growing up. Now I just want to be healthy/happy and i'm not sure what that looks like as a number. tribe as it has kept me accountable to make healthy decisions even while traveling/holidays. Feeling super proud of myself as with traveling for work & vacationing almost the whole month of January this was not easy AT ALL. Ready to hit Febuary hard and get back on track! I have only been home 4 days so I know i'm still holding water weight from some cheat meals but not beating myself up! Also yes I have loose skin but like the number on the scale all of this journey has been worth it and skin is just a beautiful battle wound from one hell of a war. ❤ Find something that keeps you accountable to your goals and surround yourself with those with push you to reach them.
