Good morning and happy Monday! It’s crazy how much endorphins get you going. I’m so happy I tried out @joeykelly54 ’s 6:10am @campgladiator workout at @muelleratx. Kicked. Mah. Bootay. . Had a busy weekend with @lauras_fit_to_live visiting from Wisconsin! She even joined in on the @campgladiator fun at a workout in North Austin on Saturday burning over 900cals!!!! Y’all, these workouts are no joke. You can go at your own pace and still feel like you want to push yourself as much as possible. The dynamic of these workouts are like nothing I’ve ever been part of before. I love the vibe and the energy and I even got to see the sunrise this morning! Not to bad, eh? 😋 . Been a bit of a struggle to get back into the swing of things. But slowly and surely, I am getting better. Today I had both super badass ladies next to me. Was trying to keep up with one of them during the burpee tuck jumps at the end. Funny thing is, she said she was trying to keep up with me! Next time through I tried to keep up with both. Day 13 今天本来打算开始果汁排毒,但刚才下午出门做了头皮护理后,看到卖Tomyam的店 🤦‍♀️,加上早上只喝了一杯果汁而已,脚突然不受控制地走进去了,手也不受控制点了一碗炸鱼块Tomyam(明明自己抵挡不了诱惑,还写到那么的无辜😒),但最起码还知道自己在减肥,只吃了半碗Tomyam,过过瘾,而且也克制自己不可以叫任何有糖和冰的饮料,虽然很辣,也没喝到一口水,但还是很满足 😂 😂(这个人疯了💬)早上在youtube寻找有关如何突破减肥停滞期时,看到有个人分享她的经验,她说:但我遇到停滞期时,我就回复正常饮食2天,过了2天后继续运动,体重就下降了 😍😍~也许这两天我尝试外食后,星期一开始运动,希望能突破减肥停滞期!希望这招有效!下个星期在分享看这招到底行得通吗?! Day 12 今天的体重没上升💕💕@但还是卡在72.7kg,我觉得真的遇到停滞期 🤦‍♀️ 真的很不甘愿体重不能下降 😒 今天有水梅蒸鱼 💕@真的好喜欢吃着道料理,特地把昨天煮Abc汤的罐头蘑菇和高丽菜加进着道料理,好吃又可以清冰箱 💕💕 今天在在冰箱里看到齋鹅(我的最爱,每次只要在素食的经济饭看到,我都一定会吃!但是在印象中齋鹅都是需要大量的油来炸🤦‍♀️,但我决定不放任何的油,只用不粘锅来煮,味道也好好吃啊,但齋鹅的卡路里很高,一份齋鹅70g有155kcal的热量,所以减肥时尽量不要吃这种加工食品)。今天特地打了一杯果汁,这个是我在Tesco打折是购买的,今天特地尝试看味道,我个人觉得很不错,刚刚特地到Tesco多购买了5包,应为我觉得接下来的3天施行果汁排毒,也就是说接下来的3天都不会吃任何的食物,一天只喝2/3杯果汁,让身体排毒,看能不能冲破减肥的停滞期(真的很希望可以成功!)拜托拜托🙏🏻 接下来的3天我会继续上图,为大家介绍我所喝的果汁,刚好也买了3种不同的,也刚好足够拍3天的照片💪🏻 今天没到健身房报道,因为腰还痛 🤦‍♀️,但在家没事做,肚子不饿,但嘴巴真的好想吃东西🤦‍♀️我到底能不能忍下去,罪恶啊! Day11 今天应该是我减肥以来最伤心的一天 😢,今早上起床量体重时,竟然从 72.1kg 上升到 72.7kg 😭😭,当下真的好不甘心,还把体重计的电池拔下后又再装上,但还是显示 72.7kg 😭 ,当下真的真的很失落,而且昨天为了让体重冲下71kg大关,我还到健身房报道 Body Pump和Rpm个一个小时,应该说这是我这10天运动最多的日子,为什么体重会没下降还上升了0.6kg? 是不是代表昨天所做的运动都是白费的?真的很很很失落😢 —————————————— 今天的ABC汤是昨天晚上特地到超市购买食材所炖的汤,本来还满心期待今天体重下降后,吃点清淡的汤可以再让体重下降更多 😡 但今天量体重后,不知道是不是太失落,也觉得汤不好喝,只喝了1/3 就丢了,毅然决然决定出去吃饭!! 而且饭后还偷吃了1/3的lemon cheese cake 。反正这么辛苦也没效果 ~ 但吃完饭后,内心还是觉得很内疚,但至少失落感的比例大过内疚感,所以就安慰自己说这顿饭当作是这10天努力的奖励吧 💕 不过这顿饭对我我好处和坏处,好处就是暂时不会再想吃外面食物的欲望,坏处就是明天可以看到体重计上的数字(有可能会失手把它砸了) ——————————————— 今天还是有到健身房报道,毕竟刚才吃了一顿饭,如果今天没运动,明天体重一定上升,但有运动,对明天的体重好抱有一线希望🤝,今天运动时不小心闪到腰,腰好痛痛痛痛痛痛🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ P/S:我现在满脑子都是明天上升的体重,其实真的满害怕看见明天的体重🤦‍♀️但都吃了,只能面对 🤦‍♀️ #rongkitchen #weightlossjourney #ithardbutitworthit #ronghealthymenu #homemade #fitness #onedayonemeal #fitforlife #igfood #igfit #tastedelicious #foodie #follow4follow #foodblogger #like4like #photooftheday #foodlover #飲食日记 #體制控制 #減肥 #減肥日記
Day10 我想宣布!我遇到减肥停滞期!😭😭(一万个想哭的念头😭😭😭😭)昨天有到健身房报道,但今天体重竟然没下降 😢😢,话说之前减肥10kg时都没有遇到这个状况,都是很顺利的,之前还只用了10天就瘦了5Kg☺️☺️,但这些真的回不去了吗 😭😭 现在竟然 10天才瘦了 2.7kg 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ 体重你真的好不争气 (我打我打😡) ——————————————————————— 今天的餐点有我最最最喜欢的红豆面包 💕 其实是昨天购买的,但忍到今天才吃 🤦‍♀️,昨天我特地上网查了红豆面包的热量,竟然 251kcal !! 热量真的好高,所以决定吃一半就好。今天特地把昨天剩的芋头和橙心番薯打成泥,当成墨西哥卷饼的馅料,跟昨天一样,真的好好好好好吃!!!(尖叫中!!),至于tuna饼也是之前煮剩的,为了清冰箱,所以就把它煮完,因为待会要到超市购买食材~ 为了让餐点阳关的氛围,特地煎了颗太阳蛋(其实一开始我不小心把鸡蛋跌在地上🤦‍♀️ 我抹地好久才把地上清干净) —————————————— (P/S:亲爱的体重,请你快速下降好吗?!我好怕我会放弃减肥,你懂不懂每次看见体重没下降的失望 😭) #rongkitchen #weightlossjourney #ithardbutitworthit #ronghealthymenu #homemade #fitness #onedayonemeal #fitforlife #igfood #igfit #tastedelicious #foodie #follow4follow #foodblogger #like4like #photooftheday #foodlover #飲食日记 #體制控制 #減肥 #減肥日記
Day 9 今天的餐点颜色好缤纷啊,看了心情真好 💕💕 话说昨天因为一些原因没到健身房报道 🤦‍♀️但但但!(因为很重要所以说3次~)今天体重下降0.2kg!!!!! Day 8 昨天在Youtube看到鲷鱼蒸蛋,感觉很好吃,所以今天尝试烹煮着道料理🤤,但我不知道什么是鲷鱼,所以随便在冰箱里拿了鱼做这道料理,至于口感我觉得不好吃🤦‍♀️,不知道是不是鱼不对版,而且蒸蛋里有放洋葱 🤦‍♀️吃起来味道好怪 (建议下次放一点点的洋葱就好),终觉得吃得很不满意,而且刚才在冰箱里找食材是看见西瓜🍉(我的最爱,尖叫中🗣🗣🗣),所以决定把它当成饭后水果🤤🤤,(什么是减肥?我听不到🙉听不到🙉)其实我蛮好奇,减肥可以吃西瓜吗?我有尝试问 Google,但答案却是2极化,有些说能,有些说不能,所以我也不懂🤦‍♀️)知道的人可以告诉我吗 🤝🤝(抱着绝对感恩的心❤️) ————————————————————— 又到新的一个星期,待会旁晚又需要到健身房报道(心好累,我不要去~~),但这个世界是公平的,想吃就要动,每次知道没有运动,隔天体重的数字是不会下降,而且还有可能上升🔝🤦‍♀️ 其实我现在还在检讨是不是应该减少吃的份量,好像体重越来越难下降 😒,再决定要不要减少(姐之前靠着绝食,体重一天可以下0.5kg) ,但绝食会搞到心情不好,而且总觉得意志力很弱,会一直很想吃东西🤤🤤 。现在每天吃一餐已成为我的精神寄托(姐的肚子蛮争气,大多数都在睡觉时间时响 🤦‍♀️,当然这个有好有坏,好处是夜间可以想想明天吃些什么,坏处是越想越饿,有时还会流口水🤦‍♀️,而且会失眠 )😒😒 我的减脂餐已遇到瓶颈了!!想不到接下来不知道接下来要煮什么了 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️晕~~ ——————————————————— (P/S:亲爱的体重,明天下降0.4-0.5kg,好吗?(跪地请求,求求你🙇🏼‍♀️🙇🏼‍♀️🙇🏼‍♀️🙇🏼‍♀️🙇🏼‍♀️,绝对真心🙇🏼‍♀️🙇🏼‍♀️🙇🏼‍♀️🙇🏼‍♀️) #rongkitchen #weightlossjourney #ithardbutitworthit #ronghealthymenu #homemade #fitness #onedayonemeal #fitforlife #igfood #igfit #tastedelicious #foodie #follow4follow #foodblogger #like4like #photooftheday #foodlover #飲食日记 #體制控制 #減肥 #減肥日記
Day 7 不知不觉减肥一个星期了,真的好快,之前在运动所受到的痛苦现在回想起真的没感觉,真的只有在运动当下有痛苦的感觉,一下课就觉得好开心心心~ 今天的餐点份量有点多,吃得我好撑,Tuna饼真的很好吃!! 而且做法很简单,有兴趣的可以到Youtube search看,或者Pm我也可以,我很愿意与你分享💕💕 ,至于黑胡椒多利鱼也很好吃,但卖相就输了点😂 昨晩不知为什么突然晕倒,后脑敲到地砖,破了个洞🕳️,我的头也肿了 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ 而且也闪到颈项🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️(真的很痛痛痛痛),我觉得应该是贫血,所以今天偷吃了一粒榴莲肉,补下糖分(其实是自己受不了诱惑想吃,还借口一大堆 🤭🤭) 虽然只吃到一粒榴莲肉,但还是好满足,告诉自己反正吃1粒跟吃10粒的榴莲肉味道都是一样的,所以不应该吃那么多,这句话又让意志力增强了💪🏻💪🏻 P/S: 真的不可以绝食减肥,因为意志力真的没有你想象中的厉害(姐是过来人),而且会把身体搞坏!!! #rongkitchen #weightlossjourney #ithardbutitworthit #ronghealthymenu #homemade #fitness #onedayonemeal #fitforlife #igfood #igfit #tastedelicious #foodie #follow4follow #foodblogger #like4like #photooftheday #foodlover #飲食日记 #體制控制 #減肥 #減肥日記
Day 5 今天体重没下降😢 有点沮丧,但经过前2段的减肥经验,不会很在意体重没下降(臭体重器,至少下降个0.1kg给我高兴下嘛😒),但说不在意还是会在意(矛盾的心),不过至少不会放弃而选择暴食,因为再吃你就必须重新开始减肥,而且明天看到体重上升,而且绝对上升🔝(姐之前面临好多次这种奔溃的状况),至少体重保持着原况,也好过上升(如果偷吃,体重绝对上升很多,相信姐,姐是过来人,绝不骗你)而且需要从新减肥,又要调整心态,又再走过走过的路(心多么的无力又难受),何必呢?你有那么多的明天开始还是有那么多的意志力用在减肥上(我觉得沮丧和想放弃的想法会比较多😒)? 现在的我反而是告诉自己:今天要多运动,把昨天的份也补上!看你还有没有理由继续拒绝有氧课!(在心里嚒嚒着自己) 也许是昨天运动只选者重训没有氧,导致脂肪不能燃烧 🔥,现在终于相信要有效燃烧脂肪需要搭配有氧和重训才能达到效果 📍今日目标: 🚴🏽‍♀️Lesmills Sprint 30分钟 🏃‍♀️慢跑 35分钟 (我真的很很很很讨厌跑步,但跑步却能瘦得比较快😢谁可以教我如何有趣地面对跑步🙆🏼‍♀️) ————————————— 今天心一狠,就多吃蔬菜吧!昨天发现原来把橙心番薯压成泥包在生菜里,真的好好吃!
