fun at a workout in North Austin on Saturday burning over 900cals!!!! Y’all, these workouts are no joke. You can go at your own pace and still feel like you want to push yourself as much as possible. The dynamic of these workouts are like nothing I’ve ever been part of before. I love the vibe and the energy and I even got to see the sunrise this morning! Not to bad, eh? 😋

My dad shared this quote with me when I was in high school. It’s stuck with me all these years. Almost every morning I wake up and start off my day by thinking,”I can and I will.” And at the end of the day I hope I can say”I did.”
Life gives us so many ups and downs whether it be at work, school, family, relationships, or your fitness life. You will have bad days at the gym and you will have great days. That is OK! What matters is that at the end of the day, month, or year, you can look back and say that you “did” accomplish what you wanted. So go out and kick butt today!

! What did y’all think of today’s workout?! I absolutely LOVED the app. I did 2 sets of Circuits 1 & 2 and 3 sets of circuit 3. I’m trying to move my wake up time to 4:45 to have plenty of time but today I snoozed until 5. Who else got their #morningworkout
