Had one the coolest things happen to me a couple of weeks ago at the @turfgames
Whilst getting ready for the final @beckyyyblah
came up to me and said that she’d read my blog about reaching out to people and it had inspired her to reach out to someone she admired in the publishing industry.
Turns out that message consequently led to her getting a promotion! It was incredibly humbling to hear and I cannot tell you how happy it made me.
I was pretty apprehensive about posting that blog as it was my first one and the usual thoughts and insecurities about what people would think crept into my mind. Yet the fact that it has made a positive impact in someones life has made it all worth it.
In the world of social media we all get paranoid and insecure about the who will be reading our message and what people will think.
If you feel you have a message then share it! That’s what these platforms are here for. You’re only doing yourself and potentially others a disservice by succumbing to fear of judgement - regardless of whether you have 1 follower or 100,000.

How many times have you held yourself back?
Not good enough for another person, not clever enough for your job, not friendly enough to make more friends, not inspirational enough to make a difference in others lives... take a step back and listen how many times a day you tell yourself you can’t do something because you’re not enough. Often it’s because you don’t even think you deserve it in the first place😞💜
The amount of times I’ve smashed through my goals, whether life, personal, business, whatever it’s all been based off of my mentality surrounding it! I just thought I could do it do I did💫 it’s as simple (and as hard..) as that.
Equally I’ve been paralysed by my insecurity or got so absorbed by some anxiety that I don’t feel confident in my ability to even sit in a meeting and give my opinion & thoughts on things I KNOW!
We can achieve A N Y T H I N G (Like for real, anything) just as long as we think we can. It actually blooows my mind💫 Literally even just changing your language from I can’t to I can + I will can create a big enough change. Trust yourself more!!!!!!!! Even if you don’t quite believe it yet, fake it until you make it🙃
Don’t hold yourself back today, just take a moment and think FUCK IT, I’m going to make this week mine, every challenge that comes at me I *will* smash it out of the park💥

Making an excuse is simply a way of deflecting responsibility for your shortcomings.
Unless you understand your weaknesses and work on them to become a stronger person you will never come out on top, and you will never take responsibility for how things turn out. This will prevent you from becoming a stronger person who works on their shortcomings and could hold you back in life.

Muscle loss can be made minimal as long as you don't rush things so trust the process and keep on going 💪

Knives are no Joke and should be trained honestly. Stress test your techniques and don’t just rely on one technique unless you live in the states and have a 🔫 and see the threat in time where you will be able to draw quickly under pressure and be able to hit the target.
It all requires repetitive training and stress drilling.

had tried this already but fucked it up and the macros were way off.
These guys got back to me super quick saying they didn’t know but would work it out. They got back to me with the exact Macro’s and we got into a conversation where I advised that I think it would be a really good move for them to work the macros out for all their products and market and display this. Long story short... they are going to do it! So watch this space.. What an awesome, forward facing company ❤️🙌🏼🌿😍

A good way to ensure you’re eating healthy is to simply be mindful of what you’re doing. It can be so easy to just inhale a bag of chips and a can of soda, only to finally realise what you’re doing at the bottom of the bag. Many fat loss journeys are ruined this way. If there’s a big ass pizza staring at you, of course you’re going to want it. We are emotional creatures, and it’s very apparent that what we want isn’t always good for our bodies. That’s why people smoke, drink and eat like crap on the regular. It’s emotions winning over the physical. So, the next time you reach for some food, ask yourself if you’re actually hungry if there is something emotional at play. If you truly are hungry, then ask yourself if your body wants what you’re about to eat, then listen

Some errands today, gym, and meeting few people. Past two days have been quite good nutrition wise, trying my best to resist all temptations, so much easier to stick to the plan when there are limited food distractions around 😂 Self control - 🔛
