How do you get a strong lower back? You work your core!! I'm my line of work the norm is to have low back problems. It's all the weight we carry on our waist and getting in and out of the car🚓. I have not had lower back issues in a while thanks to doing these workouts👊. It's been life changing for me!
I see doctors a lot less now. I have some good ones when I need them though😉. When you try to take care of yourself and you make an attempt at it, you will see changes. It took baby steps for me. I'm not done either!
