This is your weekly reminder to stay hydrated. Daytime fatigue can be due to dehydration. Aim to drink 1/2 your body weight in ounces of water per day.
For example. If you weigh 200lbs. Your goal should be to drink 100 ounces of water throughout the day.

One of my greatest accomplishments during my fitness journey is the realization That there is so much more that changes than just the body. Personal growth and self awareness is something that I have sought for years. Being able to recognize your own faults and owning up to mistakes contributes tremendously to be coming who and what you are remembered as. I work very hard every day defining who I am as a man, a father, law-enforcement officer and a personal trainer and I plan to stop at nothing to leave a legacy that my children, my family, my community and that I can be proud of. #flexfriday #nevergiveup
