Protein Banana Oatmeal Muffin 🙌 Why have oatmeal in a bowl when you can have oatmeal muffin 💁♀️
Recipe makes 9 healthy breakfast oatmeal muffin (19C/3F/8P~138 cals/muffin)
🍌2 large bananas
🍌1 cup 2% milk
🍌2 cup rolled oats
🍌1 tsp baking powder
🍌2 packs of stevia
🍌.5 tsp salt
🍌1tsp vanilla extract
🍌2tsp cinnamon powder
🍌1 scoop of Optimum French Vanilla Creme Whey protein powder (you will not taste the protein powder)
1️⃣chop up the bananas until mushy
2️⃣in a large bowl combine & mix all the ingredients except for the roll oats
3️⃣slowly add the rolled oats while mixing all the ingredients & top it off with the cinnamon powder
4️⃣once oven is preheated, pop it in @ 375 for 20 mins
5️⃣For extra taste top it up with your favourite margarine/ butter. Enjoy! 😘

Working at home as a free lancer is going to make my life a whole lot better! More gym, more exercise, less sitting in traffic! YUS!! And yes we do have traffic in little old New Zealand! 🚗

I know it’s late... I need to get better at posting at a reasonable time😂 but I was sitting here reflecting on all the amazing things, people, friendships, etc. that I have in my life and this girl was really on my heart.
and I had a 45 min phone convo catching up on life and she said two things to me that spoke so much life into me. 1) “You are such a fighter, Michaela. I can see that in you. And 2) “God is in us, God is in our cells. We can literally do anything because we have God inside of us.”
And I’m just so grateful to have beautiful friends in my life, like this girl👆🏼, that I can share my heart with, share my struggles with, and they are always there to believe in me every step of the way.
