I had a freaking amazing wedding yesterday. Didnt do as much walking as I’m used to because many of my weddings are small and I’m mostly standing to take photos, taking a few steps and then stand again to take more photos. .
Going up and down the stairs of the auditorium where the ceremony was taking place with so much ease I wonder if that was really me. I couldn’t have done that and not be sweating like crazy and running out of air had I not been training so hard. The black pants I usually wear to my weddings were a tad lose. I felt like I was floating!.
How should I not continue this journey when I feel and see a huge difference in me. I’m so energized, feel stronger, and can breathe much better!. I just wish I would’ve started sooner!. We are getting together today at Margaret Hunt Bridge.
