If you are trying to do too many things and never seem to get anything done, it's time to focus on what you really want and commit 100%. If you really want a great body, you WILL NOT be able to go out drinking every weekend, eat lots of rubbish food and not exercise. That would be avoiding the trade off.
Make a decision and know what you really want and why, then plan to get it, Knowing that you will have to give up something else along the way! It's simple, YOU CAN NOT HAVE YOUR CAKE AND EAT IT.

I know I preach about non-scale victories and stay off the scale and it’s just a number... BUT, I’m human and sometimes I just need to know what that number is. As I headed into the second week of this last phase that Autumn calls the Shred Phase, I was feeling really good and really seeing and feeling a difference, so I decided to hop on first thing this morning... you know, when you weigh your least!
I have a goal weight in mind... two actually. First a benchmark and then a weight I haven’t seen in YEARS. I also haven’t seen that benchmark in over a year. It’s like I turned 40 and my body said, “Nope, that’s not gonna happen ever again.” But, guess what... not only did I hit that benchmark this morning, but I’m 1.5 pounds below it and only 2.5 to the illusive goal weight. Ack! I freaking love timed nutrition and this program!!! ❤️ Don’t worry... I will still preach the non-scale victories, but for now I’m going to celebrate this little victory too. 🎉
