Tonight we’re celebrating my younger son’s 18th birthday.
Tomorrow my youngest girl’s 8th.
A week ago my older son parachuted in Poland in his IDF uniform and returned home safely.
And my 9-yr old daughter just got an iPhone and she suddenly needs me less.
And here is a quiet moment being Dad.
Dads let’s Be Strong for them.
Be Strong for ourselves.

I have struggled with my weight my entire life. And it was increasingly more difficult after turning 30 and having two kids back to back!
I believed that I had to be in the “mom bod” and that’s just how it will be after a certain age!
All lies. The truth is:
You can achieve a healthy weight even after having kids and turning 30!
You can gain even better health and happiness than you did in your 20s!
You don’t have to walk around feeling lethargic and void of energy! ⠀⠀

We all have those hard to grow body parts. Biceps are one of mine.⠀
This blaster is one exercise that helped me put an extra. half an inch on my arms. The pump is amazing.⠀
Make sure you isolate the biceps, no shoulders, no throwing the weight around and concentrate on the eccentric (the lowering phase) of the movement.
It’s easy to work on your outside. Do you put in the same work on your insides?. Are you proud of yourself? Are you celebrating what you accomplish? Thrillllllled with the progress I’ve made since my last show 8 weeks ago!
Took the judges feedback from that show and worked my 🍑 off, put in the effort and time and I’m so so happy with the body I’ve created. .
It’s Peak Week but honestly we’ve kept things pretty much the same as last week and the week before that and the week before that.....
** Eating those carbs
** Salting my food
** Drinking 2 gals a day
Hit a new LOW this morning 😏
Sitting about 5lbs less than last show but most important I SEE those quads & hamstrings poppin and that’s what matters!
