My husband asks me a lot of very strange questions, but when he asked if I REALLY needed the mountains of old Interiors magazines that fill up the garage, various crates and boxes, shelves and probably the loft; I looked at him as if he was mad obviously! Today I thought I should maybe check the quantity I have gathered over the years and perhaps have a think about whether I may be able to part with some. After all, we have to move house at some stage soon and I think carting copies of Living etc, Elle Dec, Homes and Gardens and Ideal Home from circa 2000 to a new house would possibly tip him over the edge. My problem is that I’m a magazine junkie: I love them, I used to work on them, styled shoots for them, written features for them and I still get a thrill from a brand new issue in my hands unopened and untouched by anyone else. So for the moment, I have decided that rather than make any rash decisions, I may just sleep on it (or them) for a little while longer. Are you a or shall I just chuck ‘em?
