Hit a PR on snatch grip deadlifts (my version of snatch grip deads, I know the hands need to be a bit wider) and played around with wagon wheel deadlifts with bands for a couple of sets. To any powerlifter who comes to New York. Trying out this gym is a must!

Finally getting my groove back after being down for a while from a horrible case of the flu. 335x2 345x2x1(shown) and 335x2 for some easy paused reps to a 2 board. I don't get a lot out of the 2 board since it is at my sticking point so I'm happy with how easy these moved.
