Oh you know.. Just another #postbutibliss selfie. ๐Ÿ˜€ I had a hard week, and I don't really know why. AJ has been a good sleeper for such a long time, but now he's waking up 1-2 times a night. I'm getting further behind at work and it's stressful making sure I have time to pump. So basically, I had myself a little pity party/vent session today. ๐Ÿ˜‰ Ending my day with #butiyoga was just what I needed to get out of my head and #leaveitonthemat . Looking back at this week like, โ€œholy moly, itโ€™s already Friday?!โ€ This week has had so many ups and downs but you build from it right?! Just like Iโ€™ve been building the glutes and hammies this week! _________ Been alternating one fast paced, light weight leg day and one heavy weight day to try and thoroughly work my legs. Iโ€™ve also found I really love working my Hammies more than I thought! ________ Iโ€™m one year into a solid training routine and a solid nutrition lifestyle and I have been seeing progress the last couple months and itโ€™s encouraging and it fuels my goals! Give me another couple years and letโ€™s see what the gains are! Shoulders run pretty even for leg day when it comes to training for me. But posing for them to pop are hard for me. ALSO. Seriously need to get someone to video my workouts cause I busted butt today. Everything below was done in 40 minutes little rests and I focused on form. No throwing weights around people.
