These balls of steel(I can’t say that without giggling 💁🏼♀️) have changed my life drastically. They empower my mind, strengthen my body and just generally make me feel like a complete badass. My wish is that everyone finds something that lights them up the way training with kettlebells does me. I’d love to hear the thing that you come back to time and time again, that helps you relieve stress, clear your mind and strengthen your body.
