Starting the new week off with a weight loss transformation photo ⭐ If I can do it, so can you! 61 lbs down, just by changing my diet and starting to exercise 😃 I've never been happier with myself. The old me was depressed and miserable, and it's pretty painful to look back on old photos. I tried to hide my misery but it's so obvious. Never again 👊🏻 Haha that's my top sticking out there making my stomach look weird 😂
What's for lunch?
Since entire day it rained yesterday so couldn't step out to buy my stock of chicken for lunch but protein is a must and above that had only 45 mins to prepare & have lunch. So here it is, last when I went back home my Maushi gave a packet of mixed daal. Soaked it for a while & magical chilla's ready in no time.
One year back if this had to happen it wouldn't even take me a minute to order food from out but now that I am living a healthy active lifestyle i use that minute to figure out how I can still use what I have in the house and cook up a storm of a meal in a lil time. Always be stronger than your strongest excuse.

Dinner tonight was a spicy Mexican mince on spaghetti squash with cheese and cream cheese (because I had no sour cream! So good though)
Official before and after pics from my recent F45 8 week Challenge. It was just that a bloody challenge! I struggled mentally and physically, lost alot more muscle than I would have liked BUT I finished, I never gave up and I am So HAPPY with how my body is taking shape.

I’m at or very near my highest recorded weight in that first picture. I was sitting at somewhere around 220 lbs. The second picture was taken today, and I was 194.2 lbs! Both days were special days to celebrate Dad (the first the day of his citizenship oath and the second Father’s Day), but today I’m also celebrating the visible difference of over 36 lbs that I often just don’t believe.
Hi, my name is JM. Obesity, hypertension, and diabetes run in the family. Several of my relatives died of those diseases.
I was a normal kid with a normal weight since i was a little boy, but when i 3rd grade arrived, i started gaining weight until college. My heaviest weight was 120 kg.
I started my fitness journey since 2017 and had my weight go up and down. I have tried a lot of exercises and diet plans but everything doesn't work for me. Now i realized that everything i did wasn't working because of my lack of discipline, inconsistency, and lack of motivation.
My current weight as of today is at 102 kg, pretty progressive. But it is different this time, why? Because, i now mastered how to be discipline, how to be consistent, and how to motivate myself.
I need you guys and girls to witness this life-changing journey. May all you see the changes that about to begin.
