I’ve settled on 2 jobs and full time uni, so my weeks are hectic!
I’m a huge fan of social media. I think it connects people and you can spread a positive message far and wide. With the limited m time that I have during the week but the big amount of things I need and want to do, I’ve had to evaluate my position on social media and decide how much of my time I allow it to take up.

I think I have an unhealthy relationship with this Snapchat filter!!! 😂😂😂 It's my favorite!!! Anyways on another note, I weighed myself today and I am down to 206!!! Sooooo ecstatic!!! Last night at the gym while working out I was doing elevated hip thrusts (working on that #booty
) anywhoo I had a 30lb bar to use as resistance and I thought to myself, in a few short lbs I will have lost this much!! It really puts things into perspective!! When I started working out I definitely wouldn't have added additional weight to a hip thrust and now my goal is to lift even heavier as I continue to grow stronger!!! When I was holding that bar throughout the night it was actually pretty heavy and it's hard to believe that I had been carrying that weight arouyfor years... I can't wait to lose even more and become the person I want to be!!!
Incase anyone else needs some inspiration!!! I'm going into week 5 now and what a roller coaster it has been. I can definitely see the change in myself, it's astounding. Other people haven't seemed to notice anything yet, but this journey isn't about that, it's about doing this for myself and going as far as my goals take me!! 26 lbs down is nothing to turn your nose up at, that's an astronomical achievement in itself, but I'm not stopping there!! 💪🏼💪🏼🤷🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️🙆🏻♀️🙆🏻♀️🙋🏻🙋🏻

????😂😂 I actually heard someone on the train home saying their mate fell and got injured trying to climb the wall to get to the toilets!!! Gym session done for today, nearly killed myself racing a fit looking dude on the rower 😍😍😍💪💪😮
