MY FAVE MOVE OF THE DAY!!!

I used to NEVER have a favorite move of the day.
I never wanted to exercise. Plain & simple! I was like #fatamy
- don’t sign me up for cardio or anything for that matter! See, I associated PAIN with fitness. I thought your arse had to be handed to you in order to claim it counted 🤪 plus, I had knee injuries, a week upper body from my thyroid & low self confidence.
On the inside I was screaming in frustration. I hated how unproportioned I was....I was a Size 4 on top and a size 12/14 on bottom. My pants always SCHWING’d in back because my hips were big but my waist was smaller.
I remember my awesome trainer asked me what my goal weight was. I chuckled and said, “I don’t have one.” I really didn’t. I didn’t have a number in mind. I simply wanted to look in the mirror and not gag, snarl & tear up at my reflection.
