Food plan for the week. Time to shop.
This has been a bad weekend. It really has been a reflection of recent events. Our routine is disturbed. Our car needs fixing. My knee pains from time to time. My new job doesn't work for our family routine at all. We have not been eating on plan. Our spiritual routine has been a let down too... .
Not long a go I stopped eating at one take away as they served me RAW chicken twice. So.... I found another one. A pizza place. The last two times I had it I got really poorly. Headache, stomach issues, something resembling a fever. It wiped my whole weekend. I didn't do any of my spiritual stuff, no photography stuff, didn't go work.... I'm seriously getting to that point where I value SW food so much more. Our home made food tastes so much better. .
No food boundries isn't all that good. Sugar, fat, junk... Looks good in pictures and makes your mouth water. It's good but in moderation. The minute it becomes your regular diet it makes you poorly. .

hiiiii Summer, so I started last year July 17, 2017 at 305lbs. I was fed up with myself and I had had enough! I needed to actually treat my body right! I decided from that day on that I was going to kick ass and take no names because it was all my doing and I needed to work hard af to meet my goals.
