"Well, they always say the skinnier get skinnier." I have heard this so many times in my adult life and well let's just say I was never proud of it. I always felt awful when someone would say, "You look so thin," or "You better eat something girl, your gonna blow away." Those are not compliments for me. From about the age 25-28 I struggled with anxiety on a whole new level. My so called normal plan for life was turned upside down. I couldn't gain weight, no matter what I ate. When I was pregnant with my first I lost 18 lbs. Not until I found my inner peace, and yes that is a thing, did I start to gain weight. -
Nutrition, health, vitamins and nutrients all hold a very specific role for me. I know that it doesn't matter what size, shape, or role in life you are a nutrients and vitamin rich nutrition plan matters to EVERYONE and their happiness. I love to indulge in a lot of silly foods, but I'm learning in order to be the things I want in life like energetic, happy, strong, not moody can all be easily accomplished with a nutritiuos diet. When I say diet I mean everyday eating habits, I don't mean don't eat. -
So yes I will continue to be stronger and healthier and happier. Don't ever be envious of what someone has, be inspired. I have my list of women and men that inspire me daily. Who inspires you?
