TRAIN LIKE A CHAMP
It’s the days when you don’t wanna but you do it anyway, you drag your lazy arse out of bed and hit the gym or a class or maybe do a run. You push through and ignore the voice in your head telling you to stop, your muscles are aching and screaming at you but you know you will feel better after. Those are the days when you feel better for doing the activity. It’s hard to ignore that voice in your head sometimes but the more you train it to push through, the more you can will achieve. You will see results. You will feel great. You will accomplish something that you haven’t before. Don’t give up.
