I struggled for years trying to obtain what I had believed to be the "perfect"👙body or a "dream" 💭 physique. I would constantly look at other fitness models pictures or girls in magazines and wonder why after so much exercise my body never looked like theirs 🙍🏽 And it took me years+proper nutrition+support from positive people around me to realize I would NEVER have their body and within these last couple years come to realize nor do I EVER want to 🙅🏽 Every single person is different, my bone structure and height and weight is different from yours. You have to take a look in the mirror and that person you are looking at is your only competition. Strive to be the best version of YOURSELF you can possibly be 🙋🏽. Do not compare yourself to others because you will be constantly working at something unattainable ☠ Pick the things that make you feel uncomfortable about your body and work on them. Work on them really hard 😆, step out of your comfort zone and go beyond what you could have ever thought was possible to achieve, and ACHIEVE that🏆🏅 Because I can assure you, it will be much more gratifying than spending years and tears 😓 striving for someone else's body 💯

Day 48/50! This weekend's nutrition was a bust guys. I ate not well at all, but we had such a great weekend. Family, friends, laughs. It was honestly one of the best weekend's I've had in a long time. So is say it was a great one :)

An easy 10 min stroll, then half a stroll & half a jog, before you know it you’ll be running a couple miles without hesitation as part of your normal routine. -

Safety is something a lot of people don’t give much through to in the gym. It’s especially important if you workout by yourself. Always give yourself an out of you get stuck in a lift. I bought this rack specifically because it has the adjustable safety catches. This way, even when working out alone, I can push 💯% and not worry about getting stuck. I’ve dropped over 400lbs on those so I know they’re plenty strong 💪
Why the serious face? 🤔 Just thinking about the workout I was about to kill. This week I'm trying intermittent fasting. Let's see if that goes well. 🍆 Establish Your Calories At The Start
🔥The calories you burn while exercising can lead to modest reductions in weight, but to experience the most noticeable changes to your physique, you'll have to cut back the calories you're eating to a certain degree. However, this works best if you know how much food you are currently consuming, what is known as "maintenance calories."
🔥Don't worry, I'm not saying you need to haul around a food scale everywhere you go or weigh every piece of lettuce you eat. However, it's a good idea to have a general idea of how many calories you're eating each day, at least at first. I like to take it one step further with my clients and have them track their total calories as well as grams of carbohydrates, protein, and fat. Tools like MyFitnessPal, MyMacros+, or just paper and pen can help you track. Don't get hung up on the method—the simple act of recording your food intake is what's important.
🔥If the idea of tracking seems overwhelming, start the process in baby steps. For example, start by tracking the calories and macronutrients in one meal—the most problematic one of your day. After you do this for a few days, start tracking a second meal or your snacks. Before long, you'll be tracking your macros for the entire day, you'll know portions by site, and you'll be equipped for success.

Practice the regular rhythms of sleep - go to bed and wake up at the same time each day. Ideally make 10:00pm your bed time and sleep no less than 7 hours. Eat at least two hours before you go to sleep - eating prior to bed will lead to bad night’s sleep and will impide the body’s overnight detoxification.
