Ayurvedic Spheres with Chai Powder: Here's an easy superfood snack! Enjoy our take on these wonderfully filling little spheres. Link in bio to share/print this recipe. Have fun! ⠀
½ cup Tahini⠀
4 tbsp Raw Honey⠀
4 tbsp Cane Juice Crystals⠀
1 tsp Turmeric⠀
1 tsp Ashwagandha⠀
1 tsp Holy Basil⠀
½ tsp Cinnamon⠀
1 tsp Harmonic Arts' Organic Chai Blend powder⠀
2 cups Coconut flakes⠀
¼ cup Green and Black Raisins⠀
1 tbsp Black Sesame Seeds⠀
1 tbsp White Sesame Seeds⠀
pinch of Black Lava Salt⠀
~Mix tahini and honey in food processor until a ball forms, then add remaining ingredients except sesame seeds, which you add in at the very end and pulse a few times to incorporate.⠀
~Chill for 1 hour then portion out to create golf ball sized spheres and enjoy the nourishment!⠀
~To make squares press into a parchment lined shallow dish or roll out between two pieces of parchment paper with a rolling pin. ⠀

As you guys know, lately I have been OBSESSED with my homemade “Lara” bars, or date bars. I have literally eaten one every single day. I make sure to always have one on hand in the afternoon! Well this morning I switched it up a little and discovered a new flavor that I love…
👇🏼🍫CACAO PEANUT BUTTER PROTEIN DATE BARS🥜👇🏼
-10 pitted medjool dates
-1.5 tbsp cacao powder
-1.5 tbsp @eatnuttzo
-2 scoops @vitalproteins
unflavored collagen (or any protein powder, it may just change the flavor!)
-1/3 cup roasted and salted peanuts
-1/8 tsp salt
• First put the pitted dates in a food processor and combine until a paste texture forms. Then place the rest of the ingredients into the processor and pulse to combine! Mold into the shape you like and store in the fridge. Enjoy!
These are a PERFECT post-workout snack. They provide a good ratio of carbs to proteins for optimal recovery. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Hope everyone has had the BEST Thursday!

Threw all this in a food processor:
1/2 cup almond butter
1/4 cup coconut flour
1/4 cup cashews
1/4 cup almonds
1 tbs chia seeds
1 tbs hemp seeds
1 tbs cacao powder
1 tbs cacao nibs (added at the end so they stay wholeish for extra crunch)
Make a batch of these coconut banana energy bars to fuel up those weekend adventures! What are you guys up to this weekend? We're off to Tofino tonight for a couple stormy days on the beach..and in the hot tub...and near the wine. 😂 Happy almost Friday, amazing people!
1 medium (120 g) banana
1 serving (30 g) plant-based vanilla protein powder
1 cup packed (210 g), soft pitted dates
3 cups (200 g) coconut flakes
1. Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor and mix until it forms a dough.
2. Press the dough into a parchment, wax or saran lined square baking dish.
3. Let set in the freezer for a couple hours then lift out of the pan and cut into 14 bars. Store in the fridge or freezer.
Nutrition for 1 Bar: 136 calories/9 F/15 C/3 P.

10 Medjool dates, pitted
1/4 cup cashew butter (or nut butter of your choice)
2 TBSP flaxseed meal
2 TBSP maca powder
4 TBSP shredded unsweetened coconut
1 TBSP cocoa powder
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
1. Add dates and cashew butter to food processor and pulse until mixed.
2. Add flaxseed meal, maca powder, coconut, cocoa powder, vanilla extract and salt. Pulse until incorporated.
3. Form mixture into 8-10 balls. If mixture is too sticky, put into refrigerator for about 15 minutes.
4. Roll balls in extra coconut.
5. Store in refrigerator in air tight container until ready to eat!
