So tired today I’m seeing double!

"If it ain't broke, don't fix it."
When it comes to training and nutrition protocols I am of the firm belief that if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it. If something is working adequately well, why change things?
Often the temptation to see rapid results ‘ahead of schedule’ prompts individuals to aggressively cut calories or ramp up the cardio. The gratification from seeing the scales drop dramatically is quite enticing but this can prove problematic when you diet yourself into the ground and rebound badly.
Accordingly, to achieve sustainable results I recommend taking a more methodical approach whereby you only reduce calories or increase cardio when and if required… not just for the sake of it.
When evaluating whether it is appropriate to make an adjustment to your plan you need to critically analyse your results (measurements, bodyweight, etc.) and assess your performance in the gym and COMPLIANCE to the plan.
You need to ask yourself the following questions; "Am I losing weight at the desired rate of weight loss per week?" and "Have I been following the plan as prescribed?”
If you find that you are "on schedule" and losing weight at a sustainable rate then there is no reason to change anything. However, if your results have plateaued yet your dietary compliance has been sub-par and you have been sporadic with your attendance at the gym (missing sessions, etc.) the effectiveness of the plan is difficult to evaluate because you haven’t actually been following it properly.
Rather than make any adjustment your number one priority should be to tighten up your adherence to the current plan.
However, if your compliance has been near perfect and your weight loss is slower than the desired rate of weight loss each week (i.e. less than 0.5kg per week) then perhaps an adjustment might be necessary.
Rather than blindly cutting calories to grind out a result, take a more methodical approach and you’ll be able to make informed decisions and achieve more sustainable results.
Pass times include: yelling at cars for not putting their indicators on and growing shoulder boulders

9 weeks out
This week was ok, kept to my diet 95%. Was a busy two weeks with two big events that took pretty mich of my time , that me made fall of track slightly but stuck to diet 90% ! Going to increase my workout intensity this week and really start focusing on weaker body parts and more TIT and volume. No more distractions and all attention on the goal🔥

Shapely calves are 😍 So don’t skip your CALF training 💪🏽
Did you know that your calves are comprised of 2 muscles? Well, they are! In order to hit both of them and get your calves to POP you need to include 2 different variations in your workout(s)
1️⃣ Straight Knee
This angle hits the Gastrocnemius. There can be a wide variety of machines in your gym for this angle, you can even use the leg press! Just make sure your knees are straight & locked out, you quads are engaged, and your glutes are flexed 💪🏽
2️⃣ Bent Knee
This angle hits the Soleus. Typically gyms have a seated calf machine to hit this angle. Make sure you get a full, deep stretch- then flex hard and get up on those tippy toes!
