For our guests, per request, a Mediterranean menu. Za’atar roasted chicken, turmeric roasted carrots, asparagus with gremolata, watermelon/feta salad. Mediterranean locations represented-Greece, Sicily, Morocco, and the Mediterranean Middle East.
