Everywhere people are desperately looking for protein , I've been working in this cookie dough for a long time now ,until I got what I was looking for .
Try it at home 😉
1 can of chickpeas, you can use the ones that are in a jar , or in a vacuum packet.
1/4 cup of maple syrup
1/2 cup of shredded coconut
2tbsp of tehini
1/3 cup almond paste
A pinch of salt
For the chocolate cover
100gr of 70% dark chocolate
Place all the ingredients in the food processor until you get all well mix.
Now try it before you place the dough in the fridge ,add whatever will make it perfect for you.
The consistency is very creamy.
Let it sit for 30 min .
Melt the dark chocolate .
Take the dough out make the truffles and dip them in the chocolate bowl .
And enjoy 😊

En un bol mezclé 3 #huevosdegallinasfelices
, 3 plátanos, un chirrín de leche de almendra y harina de trigo sarraceno que fui añadiendo hasta conseguir la textura deseada. En una sartén engrasada con aceite de coco fui echando un cucharón de la mezcla y dejando que se hicieran por los dos lados... me salieron una docena... me tocaron dos!😒😒😒

I’m not too hard on my “before pic” because this was a month #postpartum
