From down dog: bend your knees, engage your core and hop up and down at the back of your mat. Your feet should land in the same spot each time WITH NO NOISE. Like a ninja. Focus on landing VERY softly, with a "boing" in your legs. This will strengthen your body quickly and prepare you for more advanced transitions like hopping to the front of your mat and even arm balances and inversions!
Once you've done this a few times, hop your your feet a little closer to the front of your mat then back to down dog. Forward and back, forward and back, landing as softly as possible.
Only hop within the area that you can maintain control, stop & rest if you start to crash down onto the mat. Practice these ninja hops often to build a strong & tone body. Enjoy!

When you lead a busy lifestyle, it can be easy to run out of time in the morning to pack a healthy lunch and decide on buying lunch at work/school.
However, most of this time, this means you have TWO pretty SHITTY options when that lunch-time hunger hits:
1. Buy the much cheaper “junk food” option that’ll make you feel hungry and tired again in a couple hrs
2. Spend a TON MORE for a healthy alternative, which you could’ve gotten for MUCH CHEAPER from the supermarket .
Unfortunately, it kinda sucks that this is the way society is. And whilst you might LIKE to think you’d get the healthy option still, we aren’t all rolling around in money and thinking about spending unnecessary $$ can be really stressful. .
Nevertheless, although the discrepancy between prices is STUPID, there are some ways that you can still eat healthy on a budget.
For example, try to plan your weeks groceries in advance and meal prep on a Sunday so you don’t have to buy food whilst out during the week.
Buy LOCAL, SEASONAL produce, which will be cheaper than imported.
But frozen items that keep well in BULK.
Look for sales at different supermarkets and shop accordingly.
MAKE TIME on the weekend to meal prep! .
