PROTEIN PANCAKES! Total calories: 595, protein 45g, fat: 16g, carbs: 93g, Only one question is relevant today - are you team #pancakes or are you team #waffles ? 👀👀😊 comment below ⬇⬇and let's see who wins ✔✔ syrup from @myproteinus Ingredients 60g oats 1 scoop of protein💪 170g Greek yogurt non-fat plain 1 egg🍳 2 egg whites🍳 1 banana🍌 Strawberries🍓 1 tsp of vanilla extract & baking powder 1 tbsp of cocoa🍫 Step 1 - mix yogurt, eggs, vanilla extract, and 1/2 banana chunks and mix thoroughly, in a separate container, mix oats, baking powder, protein, and cocoa, combine wet & dry ingredients to form a dough - let sit for a couple of minutes⏰ Step 2 - pre-heat a frying pan and coat with a non-stick cooking spray (can be done without it), place fork-full of dough mixture on the pan to form a pancake (about 2 inches wide) don't spread it too wide, rather do a thicker layer. Based on your pan size you can fry multiple pancakes at once👍 Step 3 - cook for 1 and 1/2 minutes first side, flip and cook the second side for about 30 seconds⏰ Step 4 - cut up some strawberries and rest of the banana for toppings, stack the pancakes, and enjoy with a cup of espresso ☕

10/10 times, Trent thinks it’s weird when I mediate & finds joy in making fun of me🧘‍♀️ . But for me, meditation isn’t weird “woo woo” stuff. It’s just me slowing down - telling my brain to be quiet - and letting God put whatever He wants to put on my heart instead of me throwing a million demands His way. . I can always tell when I’m relying on ME too much and not resting on God when my anxiety flares up, I’m way more irritable, and I just want to live the loner hermit life. . As invincible as we think we are, we all need time to shut down & refuel. . Even if that is only for 10 minutes in between a million errands🤷🏽‍♀️

Potato and quinoa turmeric curry from @deliciouslyella This was so tasty I had seconds . . Well I am eating for two 😋 Par boil baby potatoes. Sauteé them with onion, garlic, fresh ginger and turmeric (I tried fresh turmeric for the first time 👌). Add ground coriander and crushed chillies. Add tomato puree and coconut milk and bring to the boil. Add chickpeas, quinoa and water or veg stock and simmer for about half an hour. VEGAN & VEGETARIAN Carrot Ginger salad dressing🥗 3 large carrots Half of a medium sized onion 1 large garlic clove Ginger-size of a quarter Quarter cup of granulated sugar 3 tablespoons mayo (water or vegan mayo can substitute for vegan) 1/3 cup rice wine vinegar Tablespoon peanut oil Tablespoon toasted sesame oil Splash of soy sauce Pinch of salt Rough chop veggies. Put all ingredients in the blender and blend away! TASTE! You can add more of anything to your liking! If you like it sweeter add some more sugar if you like it more spicy add some more garlic and/or ginger. Food is fun and you can tweak any recipe to your satisfaction! If you want a more creamy consistency you can add more mayo or vegan mayo. If you want a little more tang you can add more rice wine vinegar! Them suckers are DENSE.⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ For example, one serving of almonds (1 ounce or ~23 pieces) has 164 calories. And as you can see, one serving isn’t much. Hey you guys! I hope all of you have been having a great day so far! There’s a TON of stuff that just got assigned and a few dates are coming up for senior things, but I am REALLY trying to hang in there. My anxiety and stress surrounding school CANNOT affect my life otherwise. No taking it out on myself by undereating or overtraining. That is NOT how this works. It just means I need to prioritize time, focus on what matters, and not let my own brain keep me from getting what I need done DONE. As stressful as it is, I’ve got to focus and do this. 💪🏻 Anyways, my apple + almonds were delicious at break, but your girl is hungry for some lunch! I am SO happy with how my metabolism has been working up. I MUST keep going if I want to continue seeing and feeling the benefits to treating my body RIGHT. For now, though, it’s time for some lunch! I am having: a salad with chicken (baked in @traderjoeslist 21 Seasoning Salute) topped with cayenne and coconut oil roasted garbanzo beans, cucumber, and sriracha! To pair: pretzels and hummus! 😍👅💦 Overall, I think I’m doing okay! Don’t get me wrong, I am STRESSIN’ over school at the moment, but it is up to ME and ONLY ME to make sure that I figure out how to balance my time. I get to train. I get to eat in a way that makes me comfortable, that fuels me, and that is in my control. So, no more pacing around my house for a half an hour just to “get in more steps” when that could be time invested in working on the million papers I have to do... I CANNOT let my obsession with moving and/or fear of sitting still keep me from doing what I have to do. I have allowed that to happen one too many times and it is NOT healthy, balanced, or sustainable. 🙅🏻 That won’t work in college. Sitting is part of life. Sitting is part of being a student. Sitting is essential if I want to get the things done that I need to. Allowing anorexia to convince me of otherwise scenarios is LETTING it hold me back and kill me. No more of that. ❌ If I want my period back, to gain muscle/strength, and to develop a healthy relationship with my training and fuel, I MUST EAT IT TO BEAT IT! 👊🏻 It is up to ME and ONLY me to figure this out. I just finished my #tiubootycall which was #studiotoneitup Studio Tone + w/ @studiotoneitupstefanie @studiotoneitupchyna and then I went on a 30 min walk/jog using the @c25kfree app! I feel amazing!! I absolutely love running in the sunshine and getting some much needed vitamin d! I’m hoping I’ll get a nice tan after I finish the 9 week running challenge!☀️Oh! and on the cruise that I’m going on in a couple weeks they have a running track on the top of the ship that has an amazing view of the ocean, talk about running goals!! Base of arugula topped with shredded chicken, avocado, beets, goat cheese, and @bolthousefarms balsamic vinaigrette. Highly recommend this combo! Összekeverek 200 ml cukormentes mandulatejet egy deci vízzel 30 g Myprotein micellar caseinnel, és amilyen gyümölcs van itthon rakok bele. most M volt kéznél, és ha olyan a gyümölcs, akkor flavour dropsot rakok még bele. Jó lezárása a napnak.... This is my newest dinner. Usually I ate some snack around 3 o'clock and then I ate dinner between 7 and 8 but when I arrive home late I feel hungry enough to couldn't go to sleep but if I eat some heavy food I couldn't sleep at the all. so this is my solution. I mix 200ml unsweetened almond milk and 100ml water with 30g micellar casein by myprotein and and I add some fruits that I find home. Right now I found mango there. if it's needed then I add some flavour drops to it.This saved my day.

I love pancakes and bacon but I also like feeling good with what I’m eating. Substituting some ingredients, you can eat whatever you want. Most of the time your taste bud won’t notice the difference but your body will! You will be looking great while you eat what you like!!! #eatbetter PS: The first recipe is the original and the second is the one I always make. Aber komplett ich niemals komplett auf Kohlenhydrate verzichten.
