All flats, extra crispy please! Hot wings were on the menu tonight and they were perfection!
Usually I toss my wings in baking powder, salt and pepper and then add parm at the end but I'm still doing whole30 (till April 3) so I just roasted them at 250 for about 45 minutes and then put them on broil about 10 minutes each side and they were just as crispy and delicious!

Face to face Saturday!! I started out at 306lbs and am now 240lbs. That is 66lbs of weight loss in a little over a year. Remarkable how much life I have gained in losing weight. I am more content, less achy, more positive and overall extremely hopeful for my future.
