These days, choosing a Personal Trainer isn't an easy task.
There are so many options in the market and it seems that everybody that has an Instagram account is a qualified Trainer.
I'll explain you how to find a professional Personal Trainer who's in it for more than just the money.
1️⃣ Did they get their certification out of a cereal box or do they actually have a Degree in exercise or a sports Diploma?
Ask your PT about their certifications and experience in the industry, a serious diploma will mean that they have invested more than 3,000 hours studying in their industry, and their knowledge will be based on science.
2️⃣Do they have testimonials and results?
Pictures and testimonials from real people are worth a thousand words, but more so when they're from a happy client.
If they don't have any yet, are they a result of their own personal success?
3️⃣Do they have the body you want or have they trained clients who achieved the body you want?
Just because your PT has a great body, that doesn't mean that he knows how to train you, but if he achieved success with some of his clients that shows knowledge and experience.
Are they positive to be around?
YES, YES and YES, you definitely want a PT that brings out positive vibes and that focus 100% on you during your personal training session.
4️⃣Do they eat healthy? Look healthy?
Your PT definitely needs to be a a good role model.
5️⃣Is money a comfortable subject? You want a PT who is organized and can run their business like a business.
The PT has to know is worth and value, be professional and keep track of your sessions.
