Gürkan Sef Steakhouse, the famous Turkish Restaurant from Istanbul with it’s brillant and entertaining celebrity chef Gürkan Sef, opened its first international branch five months ago in Dubai’s trending City Walk 2.
We where honored to get a pre-taste of the RAMADAN MENU, which will be available from mid May 2018.

Starting with a classic LENTIL SOUP and an amazing GÜRKAN SEF SPECIAL SALATA with goat cheese, raisins, cherry tomatoes, pomegranate and walnut. Seasoned with lemon, olive oil and sour pomegranate sauce.
The ET’SI is a starter made in form of rolls by veal tenderloin. It’s also called the “TURKISH SUSHI”
The speciality and the best meat worldwide is the LOKKUM, a 200/220g sliced veal fillet. It was certainly a very special moment when we tasted it and let it nearly melt on our tongues!

The desserts are a dream for every #sweettooth
. Among it is the NIRVANA , a dessert with Aydin pumpkin, organic tahini, walnuts and turkish vanilla ice cream.

and made with dark chocolate, dates from Madinah #ksa
and carob molasses.
The restaurant is a Spanish style cozy place that reaches over two levels. Both levels have outdoor seatings and the upper floor can be reached by an elevator imprinted with the famous #shoutout #vayvayvay
