It’s 2018 and everyone’s a wanna-be photographer 🙄😒. Carnivore proceeds onto day 2/30. Breakfast includes eggs and bacon in butter and a side black coffee. Dinner will be a steak. Implementing the K.I.S.S. method (Keep It Simple, Stupid). #carnivoreketo #carnivore #30daychallenge #meatheals
Guy's, you won't be disappointed with these!
As we all have a bit more time on a Saturday and Sunday morning, we can definitely go extra fancy with our breakfasts.
'Oh, you like fancy huh?'
If you do, this is a superb way to spend 20 mins and less than 350 calories.
Needless to say it's a mega bang for your calorie buck.
Last time I made these, I felt the gains with every mouthful. Straight to the biceps.
Fruity Friday 🍇🍍 perfect post-workout fuel starting the countdown to the weekend 🙌🏼
Eat 3 Dates Daily and These 5 Things will Happen to Your Body! 1. Improve Digestive Health
Dates contain a bunch of soluble fibers. Soluble fiber is essential for good digestive health because it draws water into the digestive tract. This helps relieve constipation. The potassium found in dates can also treat upset stomachs and diarrhea. They are a digestive tract balancer that is symbolized by their brown color (brown foods are always great for digestion). Dates also strengthen good bacteria in the stomach! 2. Treat and Prevent Anemia
Anemia is a common issue amongst most people. I have been anemic from time to time. Dates are an excellent source of iron, so they help treat anemia. Anemia can leave one feeling exhausted. Boost iron levels with dates! 3. Bone, Blood and Immune System Health
Dates contain magnesium, manganese, and selenium. Diets rich in selenium are known to prevent cancer. These minerals are also necessary for keeping our bones and blood strong and healthy. Keep bones strong by adding dates to one’s diet. They taste great! 4. Energy Boost
Dates are filled with natural sugars. These include fructose, sucrose, and glucose. This makes them a perfect afternoon snack if one needs a quick energy boost. Skip the energy bar and eat a couple of dates instead. The fiber in the dates keeps power up without the crash one would typically experience from any other sweet treat. 5. Heart Health
The potassium found in dates reduce stroke risk and adding dates to one’s diet can lower LDL (low-density lipoprotein) cholesterol. # #healthylifestyle #menwithhealth #fitness #fitnessmotivation #gym #training #muscle #muscles #gymfood #diet #dietfood #dieting #supplements #fitgirls #fitchicks #pumpingiron #prepfood #protein #proteinfood #heahltyfood #men #menwithstyle #proteinshake #menwithclass #menfashion #dates #workoutmotivation #workoutroutine #food

Waffle Breakfast Sandwich! 🥑🍳
2 slices 8 Whole Grains Multigrain Waffle
Cooking spray (such as coconut oil cooking spray)
1 cup baby spinach
1 large egg
Freshly ground black pepper
1 slice your favorite cheese (e.g. Monterey Jack, provolone, Muenster)
1/2 avocado, pitted, peeled and sliced
In a toaster or toaster oven, toast the waffles for approximately 2 to 3 minutes. While the waffles toast, lightly spray a Mason jar or small microwaveable cup with cooking spray. Pack the baby spinach at the bottom and gently crack an egg on top of the bed of spinach. Season with salt and pepper. Lightly cover the jar or cup with plastic wrap and cook in the microwave for approximately 30 to 35 seconds on high (the cooking time will depend on your microwave, as well as how cooked you prefer your yolks). Transfer the toasted waffles to a plate, and layer one slice with the cheese and slices of avocado. Using a large spoon, remove the egg from the cup and place it on top of the avocado. Top this with the remaining waffle. Serve with hot sauce if desired. .

Have you ever met a person to be happy on a diet? I definitely haven’t!
PERSONALLY I think diets are so unhealthy, nutritionally, physical and most of all mentally. When dieting you restrict yourself so much and I’m guessing you’re also starving yourself! You constantly think about what you can and can’t have and then when you do have something that’s not in your diet you beat yourself up about it! STOP!
All these diets may work for the time you’re doing them but usually the second you stop you start putting the weight back on which means again you then start beating yourself up!
Diets are so bad for your mental health! Why do something that makes you so unhappy and doesn’t allow you to live your life? Go eat out if you want, go out for a few drinks, eat some cake and sweets if you want! .
Start living a healthy lifestyle rather than dieting and you can do all these things!
During whatever journey you’re on the most important thing is that you are healthy and happy! Personally I don’t think diets allow you to be that! .
