Weigh day results are in! -0.5lbs. Not too bad considering we did have a takeaway on Wednesday night. Although I did do 5 days of exercise and I didn't have any chocolate! Waffle Breakfast Sandwich! 🥑🍳 . . . INGREDIENTS 2 slices 8 Whole Grains Multigrain Waffle Cooking spray (such as coconut oil cooking spray) 1 cup baby spinach 1 large egg Kosher salt Freshly ground black pepper 1 slice your favorite cheese (e.g. Monterey Jack, provolone, Muenster) 1/2 avocado, pitted, peeled and sliced Instructions: In a toaster or toaster oven, toast the waffles for approximately 2 to 3 minutes. While the waffles toast, lightly spray a Mason jar or small microwaveable cup with cooking spray. Pack the baby spinach at the bottom and gently crack an egg on top of the bed of spinach. Season with salt and pepper. Lightly cover the jar or cup with plastic wrap and cook in the microwave for approximately 30 to 35 seconds on high (the cooking time will depend on your microwave, as well as how cooked you prefer your yolks). Transfer the toasted waffles to a plate, and layer one slice with the cheese and slices of avocado. Using a large spoon, remove the egg from the cup and place it on top of the avocado. Top this with the remaining waffle. All these diets may work for the time you’re doing them but usually the second you stop you start putting the weight back on which means again you then start beating yourself up! . . Diets are so bad for your mental health! Why do something that makes you so unhappy and doesn’t allow you to live your life? Go eat out if you want, go out for a few drinks, eat some cake and sweets if you want! . . Start living a healthy lifestyle rather than dieting and you can do all these things! . . During whatever journey you’re on the most important thing is that you are healthy and happy!
