I’ve gone back to revisit my past and it’s crazy how things change, but it’s even crazier how, Sadly, somethings and some people will never change. I’ve outgrown my bullies. I’ve surpassed my Father. I’ve overshadowed those who doubted me. I have officially let go of the Toxic Wastes in my Life and I watch them drown themselves in their own misery. It’s unfortunate. But your willingness to rid yourself of your demons, will bring out the angels you need. I strongly believe that. And I wish this for all the negativities I’ve encountered in life. I Want to Thank those who have Believed in me. I Want to thank those who were there for me in my worst Moments. You’re the ones who deserve to see me at my best. Tried to go out for a 5 mile run today after work, but my lack of sleep and poor nutrition caught up with me. I only got 2.5 miles in because my heart rate was high and my body felt fatigued. BUT that’s 2.5 miles that I still got in despite not living my healthiest lifestyle.
My goal for tomorrow is to get early and get in 45 minutes of cross training before my work breakfast at 8AM. For now, it’s time to shower and get ready to cheers on the Red Sox tonight. Go @redsox

So today was weigh in day and I was slightly up on the scale by 0.6 pounds. Yes I did not lose this week, but I am focused and determined and I am not going to let that get to me. This is the part where normally I would say fuck it. This is the part where I would normally just eat what I want. But not today, not this weekend. I am working on a new normal. I am not gonna lie though. It is frustrating because I followed my diet almost to a tee this week, the same as last week. My calorie intake was less, so maybe that was it. 🤦🏽♀️ I don't know, but I will make some adjustments and next week's weigh in will be better.

So I have been working on a new routine for about a month now. This is a picture of 3 weeks progress. The glutes and quads (even my calves) are getting bigger!! ❤️😂
This morning was weird for me. As I was putting on my leggings, I was having a hard time getting them up and over my butt. I was like "What's going on?? Same weight... But I can't even fit into my pants now?? What's up with this.." and now I get it... 😲
I feel like this happened almost overnight but the work had been put in effect for MONTHS now. I went from 30 min in-home workouts which were a great start to getting weight off and chiseling my body out to hitting the gym every day for 2 hours to hit higher goals - muscles growth. 💪🏼💥
I am a mom of two, a busy body, I work on the weekend and have a side business. No matter where you are in life, you're going to be BUSY. Please don't make excuses for yourself. You must prioritize for the things you want the most and then GO 👏🏼 GET 👏🏼 IT 👏🏼
