It has taken a 5 week progression from using about 10 1" mats and then lowering them each week. Bron started at Ultra to increase her bone density, mobility and overall health. Deadlifts are an incredible tool for these things if done correctly and the right progression is used. ЧЕМПИОНАТ РЕСПУБЛИКИ БАШКОРТОСТАН ПО КЛАССИЧЕСКОМУ (без экипировочному) ПАУЭРЛИФТИНГУ для меня закончился после полуночи с 19 на 20 мая, результаты: Приседания 190 кг ; Жим лёжа 120 кг ; Становая тяга 220 кг . ... к сожалению были были подняты минимальные веса от запланированных. В итоге перевыполнил норматив кандидата в мастера спорта России по пауэрлифтингу в весовой категории до 83 кг, спасибо большое тренеру Александру Брылякову за помощь в подготовке к соревнованиям, спасибо Мише, за поддержку и настрой для того чтобы побороться за 3-е место, извини что не справился, спасибо ребятам из команды УГАТУ за поддержку, и конечно спасибо соперникам за то, что ставите такую высокую планку, все хотели показать свои лучшие результаты, а для меня теперь есть почва для дальнейших подготовок, спасибо всем кто желал удачи, всем кто верил, всех помню и никого не забывал😊. Итак после трех лет без пауэрлифтинга и без участия меня в соревнованиях, возвращение в пауэрлифтинг можно считать выполненным, и всё только начинается.
Had a great early morning training session with @andyteixeira123 today! Really getting that form down to a T makes a huge difference when lifting in general but especially when it comes down to the big 3; squats, deadlifts & benchpress. - Here are some do’s & do nots when dead lifting; 1 Do keep your back straight throughout if you can’t lower the weight till you can 2 Do not lower your hips too much as you will lose the activation in your hammies right off the bat 3 Do have the bar right over your foot as if your slicing it in half 4 Do not over extend your back for you can put unnecessary pressure on your lumbar and can cause injury 5 Do squeeze and lock your lats & core from start to finish to really support your body instead of just at the top - Did a light-ish 5x5 since our focus this morning was to fine tweak and perfect my form - There is one error in my lift🤯 Can you guys spot it??🧐 - #deadlift #gym #fitness #gymfam #gymfit #backattack #backworkout #training #tips #dosanddonts #keys #gymlife 💪 #gymlifestyle #gymlife #gym4life

One thing the weight room hast in common with the street is that speed kills. Here is @ultimateclemi with a really explosive triple at about roughly 85%. He is currently in his in-season program for the ultimate frisbee league with the goal of maintaining strength and getting as fast as possible. His squat definitely evolved to the advanced stage. Even with fast eccentric he is able to keep precision and execute a pretty heavy triple with close to perfect technique. #progress . SNATCH GRIP RDL The snatch grip rdl is a variation of the barbell rdl, using a wider grip. The wider grip is more challenging as it allows for a greater range of motion (ROM) this is a fantastic exercise to work the lats, glutes and hamstrings 👌🏻 Key things to think about during the movement are: 1. Long arms, don’t shrug! ✅ 2. Keep the bar close ✅ 3. Push your hips back to start each rep✅ Give these a try, be sure to use a light load the first time you try, you’ll thank me the day after!

It’s Monday, and I hate to break it to you but you have to take the stairs. There’s no elevators to success. I can’t tell you how many people ask me what my diet is or how much I workout, once I tell them they’re like oh never mind. Sometimes we don’t realize the reality of what it takes, we think it’ll be easy and we don’t properly prepare ourselves. That’s a setup for failure, always expect the worst, and you’ll always be prepared. If success came easy we would all be billionaires right? Try to begin to mentally prepare yourself for your goals, be realistic when you do, don’t think best case scenarios. Welcome the pain, the sweat, the struggle .. it makes it all worth it. The stairs are dependable, elevators break .. oh and look how pretty stairs can be 😍!! #MondayMotivation
