The afterglow of the Taurus full moon is often felt like this: soft, slow, loving. This mood is for curling into everloving arms, snuggling under soft blankets as the rain smatters upon a tin roof, resting deeply in the felt senses.
Or not. There is a dark side to every moon, one she keeps hidden from plain sight that is immune to the sparkles. In Taurus it is embodied by the most stubborn resistance: to change, to evolution, to growth. Like the flip of most signs it is the anti stance, that which prevents deeply sinking into the sweet fragrant fields our sensual little bull is most at home in.
The Saturn Chiron bingle - our third in less than a year - was the precursor that shaped how this full moon was going to impact your world. If you have faced your wounding, looked kindly upon it as your own and set to work on its healing and integration, well may you see and feel a gate swinging open. It leads to your longed for future, the one you had to learn how to inhabit. Cue the harp chorus because babycakes, you've certainly earned your new digs.
If you remain mired in the blame game, fingerpointing and flailing, trying again and again and getting nowhere... because xyz [insert condition / circumstance / person] then you are in danger of being claimed by your own abyss. Yours. Of falling so far into your stuff that everyone else can only smack of it. Your stink.
Stubbornness is our ultimate learning difficulty. It is a blind refusal to budge couched in fear of change, which in a universe of perpetual motion, traps you fast. We forget that every single thing we know how to do now is a learned skill. All of it, every level and permutation. Learned. Yet our developmental amnesia can hold us stuck between where we have gotten to and what comes next.
Soften the bullheaded imperative and let him rest. Knuckle down. Deep exhale. Cultivate and curate a love of learning, the trammelling possibility held in dark matter not yet formed, seen, known. Feel it ache for your understanding, for you. Step towards it daily, mind expanding and heart stretching.
School yourself. Start again from now. . 🐃🐃🐃 .
Do or do not. There is no try.
