PAD - Purifica as emoções
ME - Purifica as condições latentes
HUM - Purifica o véu que encobre o conhecimento
OM - estimula a prática da caridade perfeita.
MA - estimula a prática perfeita da ética pura.
NI - estimula a prática da tolerância e paciência perfeita.
PAD - estimula a prática da perseverança perfeita.
ME - estimula a conquista da concentração perfeita.

A tourist asking a question to His Holiness the #dalailama
meeting with foreign tourists at the Main Tibetan Temple on May 19, 2018
Es gibt nur 2 Tage im Jahr, an denen man nichts tun kann. Der eine ist gestern, der andere morgen. Dies bedeutet, dass heute der richtige Tag zum Lieben, Glauben & in erster Linie zum Leben ist. #dalailama
At Rituals Home we try to do our bit for the environment.
We use recycled boxes and recycled glass for our candles and products and recycled and eco-friendly packaging. Our products and materials are from ethical and sustainable sources using natural ingredients.
All of our postage boxes are made from recycled materials and the parcel fillers i.e. bubble wrap, polystyrene peanuts etc are all donated from local small businesses who are joining us in reducing waste - reduce, reuse, recycle!
We have put a lot of thought and care into our range to ensure as much as possible can be reused to avoid waste... ~ our bags aren't branded so you can reuse them for a gift
~ our candle jars can be used to store or display your favourite things
~ even our snuffer lids can be used as coasters or trinket trays!

This is Dakpa Gyaltsel, a hermit monk. He is 56years old. He lives alone in this forest in a small house
It is very common for monks to keep scriptures and copies of scriptures in their homes. They are handled very carefully and kept safe. Many originals have been burnt by the Chinese government in Tibet and therefore the remaining are very precious.
There is a better approach, framing any decisions we face by asking ourselves, « Will it bring me happiness? ». That simple question can be a powerful tool in helping us skillfully conduct all areas of our lives.
An Open Letter of Appeal to His Holiness the Dalai Lama (April 30, 2018)
To Your Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama Jetsun Jamphel Ngawang Lobsang Yeshe Tenzin Gyatso Pelsangpo,
With folded hands, I sincerely and humbly request your compassionate attention.
Since the ban against Dorje Shugden practice began and became institutionalized within the Tibetan government in-exile’s charter, many Shugden followers have suffered greatly. We have endured segregation from our own people, are not allowed to attend your talks nor even be in your presence. The children of Shugden-following parents are shunned or expelled from Tibetan schools, while Shugden practitioners and families are cast out of the Tibetan refugee camps in India. We are prohibited from participating in Tibetan businesses, not even as patrons seeking basic provisions and food to feed our families. We face unnecessary difficulties when it comes to obtaining a Tibetan ID card (yellow passport) from your government in-exile, we are not allowed into Tibetan hospitals to receive urgently needed treatment and medicines, and good monks have even been driven out from their monasteries and forced to break sacred oaths they have sworn to uphold for their entire life.
May 19th 2018 I was blessed to attend His Holiness The Dalai Lama lecture. From many important teachings he have shared with his audience this is the one I would like to point out: “Today while we are spending this moment in peace, people in Palestine, Yemen and some in South Africa are suffering. This is mainly because of our overemphasis on secondary levels of differences such as religion, race, nationalities,” he lamented.
