🥔 Gnocchi! Super quick and easy meal using up vegetables from the fridge. I have never cooked gnocchi the traditional way but roasted with vegetables transforms them into crispy, golden, mini roast potatoes! 😍This took 30 minutes to prep and cook and I drizzled with sweet chilli sauce before tucking in....DELICIOUS! I made coconut yogurt! Literally all you need is: 1 can of coconut milk and 2 capsules of probiotics. Just pour the coconut milk into a container, break the probiotic capsules and pour its powder on top of the coconut milk and stir. Cover it with cheesecloth (any breathable fabric works), tie using a rubberband and wait. I kept it on my counter for 2 days and now I'm happy with the texture so I moved it to the fridge. It looks a bit lumpy as in the second picture. Just remove a bit of the liquid part and stir again to get the result of the first pic. Can't get any easier than that people! 😁💚🌱Easy to Eat Vegetables 😁💚🌱 {recipe for vege muffins below 👇} Kids can be picky with eating vegetables for MANY reasons, and one reason that is often forgotten about is that vegetables can be physically hard to eat - unless they are really thoroughly cooked (like roasted or steamed), vegetables need well developed biting and chewing skills... not to mention teeth! Trouble is, lots of kids dislike the squishy or slimy texture of soft-cooked vegetables. So what do you do if your little eater prefers crispy or dry textures, but lacks the oral motor skills or teeth to eat crunchy vegetables?? . Finding other ways to serve vegetables that fit your child's preferences can be a really great way to offer them opportunities to learn about the taste of vegetables, with a texture they prefer (and can actually chew!). I've posted about my broccoli pies before (pictured here as mini 💛heart💛 pies) - this style is great for crispy loving kids. For another dry texture, I love a good muffin! Use this basic recipe to whip up muffins with almost any combo of vegetables; . 1 egg, beaten, 1 handful grated vegetables (eg half small zucchini), 1 'glug' of mild tasting oil (about 1-2 Tbsp), A pinch of salt, About a quarter to half a cup of SR flour (add more or less depending on how 'wet' your veggies are), A pinch of onion flakes (for savoury muffins) OR a squeeze of honey (for slightly sweet version). . Mix all together in a bowl. Fill 5-6 muffin cases & bake about 15-17min at 180C. . We love all different combos of vegetables in these muffins, like: - sweet potato & creamed corn, - zucchini & spinach, - carrot & sweet potato. Or you can just do a single flavour! If you are using root vegetables, grate them & then microwave for a couple minutes, then cool a little before mixing in. Add cheese, ham, larger chunks of vegetables... the basic mix is quite forgiving so have a play around and see what works for you 😄 These are great for #babyledweaning too, and they are already #dairyfree - use GF flour to make them #glutenfree or an egg sub to make them #eggfree and #allergyfriendly 🙌
Super chuffed to find this place. @manna68gdansk has only been open 6 weeks, it is the only veggie restaurant near the centre of the city and serves some seriously delicious food. There are plenty of vegan options and is quite possibly the most refined vegan food I’ve eaten. It certainly made a change to filth with a side of filth 🤣

Just made Shan’s 4-ingredient cookies (but mine have 5 ingredients because I added Hemp seeds). Hazelnut meal, Hemp seeds, Ghee, Honey, Dark chocolate chips. Easy. The recipe is on her website @myfoodreligion - just do a search on her site. (Oh - the recipe says 10-12 mins in the oven. Take that seriously!! 9mins they look uncooked. 11mins they are nearly on fire.
