Good Afternoon #CrossFitters hope you are having a great day. Just a tip for the day. If you happen to be like many of us, when we started crossfit it was impossible for me to do a front rack. Its hurt my hands and specially my wrist, to the point that I gave up on it. Little by little, I began to do what I should have do from the beginning, that is to work on my #mobility . Many of us dont have a barbell at home or a gym in the corner to. One thing that has work for me is a resistance band, just like the one shown above. It has a grip which to a point mimics the handle on the barbell. At first it was impossible for me to even get to you see in the picture, but with practice and patience my form has gotten better and due to that I am no longer in pain. . . . . Remember, trust the process and do things right.
