Here’s a trick for getting into the TRX for plank position. Remember the handles are for your hands the stirrups are for your feet so grab the stirrups ( not the handles ) 😉 and lay back and put ur shoulders on the ground (many of my clients try to do this while sitting up and it’s very awkward) Drop the stirrups onto your feet the soft side of the stirrup should facing the top of your feet the handles should be facing the bottom of your feet. Squeeze your feet and knees together (or just pull your knees towards your chest and put tension on the handles so that they don’t fall off) and flip over. #easypeasy #trx #workoutmotivation #fitnessmotivation #advocare #coreworkout #core

About 9 years ago, I QUIT my workout program because I was completely out of breath after just the warm up and felt like puking. It was A LOT harder than I had anticipated. 🤦😢 Because I was so embarrassed about where my starting point was, I GAVE UP and thew in the towel. 😠 I also talked to myself in a negative way👉 Why did you think you could do this? You knew this was going to be too hard. You're not in shape. You wasted your money. How do the girls in the video do it- I can't do that.... 👇 👇 👇 What I should've done, was talked to my positive way. 💯You CAN do this. This is hard, but it will be worth.🤘 Just try going 2 minutes longer today. Keep following the modifier. It's ok to take breaks and hit pause. Just keep going, keep going. Don't quit. 👇 👇 I quit because I didn't like where my starting point was. I quit because I was too out of breath. I quit because I was embarrassed. I should've been embarrassed for QUITTING, not for STARTING. It's perfectly normal to be out of your comfort zone when starting a new workout. JUST KEEP GOING!!! 👇 👇 For today's workout- each move 60 seconds 2- sets. Last move 20 second mtn climbers followed by 10 second row.
