A new style that I’ve been trying recently are Marine push-ups. - As you go down to the floor and reach the lowest point your knee should come up to your elbow. Then why not make a start with your outdoor training and try some of these workouts that Rahel (@raheltheamazon ) and I did as part of our park workout last week? . This is the lower body section of the workout we did. We completed each exercise for 30 seconds with a 10 second rest between exercises. 3 rounds in total. As scary as it is to post these pics, I have to to keep myself accountable. I am pleased to see a little reduction of the love handles. This is two weeks result doing 5 workouts a week 25mins a day. I used to think that I didn’t have time. Instead of that I started telling myself that I am worth it. I feel so much better, I have lots more energy and less cravings. Oh and did you see, 2nd day in a row without coffee first thing in the morning!! Why wouldn’t you want to give yourself a chance to a better version of yourself?!
