1️⃣Forward and reverse lunges - 5 reps each
2️⃣Kettlebell deadlifts - 8 reps
3️⃣Single leg RDL’s - 5 reps each leg
4️⃣KB swings - 8 reps
5️⃣Double KB swings - 8 reps

Let’s be honest training Core can be pretty tedious...who wants to stay in one spot doing the plank for 5 minutes? Not Me! So I’ve been doing some research and getting tips off of people on insta on how to switch it up. The results shown in the videos! Added a lot of plank style movements using obstacles of different heights and firmness to really engage the core with the different elements it’s battling against. The one sided walking barbell exercise is crazy for engagement because you’re constantly trying to stay upright and not tilt over the way the weight is pulling you 👌🏼Tip for the rope crunches, try and push your bum towards your heels and don’t fully extend at the top to keep constant tension 👌🏼💪🏻🔥
The difference I feel and see in the last 36 hours due to being in a bigger calorie deficit. I said I was coming to Florida for 5 days and that I was going to get leaner, and so far, so good 👊🏻 Now I’m off out for a run in the Florida heat, then gym, breakfast and onto @universalsvolcanobay

1️⃣Power punches help build upper and lower body muslces
2️⃣Kicking moves strengthens the hamstrings
3️⃣While doing different positions, core strength is improved and abs are strengthened

Who doesn’t love a workout out at 1pm in 100 degree weather. 🤗
Do one exercise and do the next one immediately after. Repeat for 3 sets. Then take a 3 min break and do the next 2 exercises.
Jump rope 3x35
Knee tucks 3x10
Jump rope 3x35
Jump rope 3x35
Jumping jacks 3x25
Complete 1 set of each exercise then rest 30sec and repeat.
Front walk 3x10
Back walk 3x10
Side step band 3x10
Complete both exercises and all 3 sets without rest. ~~~
Alternating feet line hops 3x20sec
Single foot line hops 3x20sec
For exercises I superset I post both exercises in the same video.
3x10 (no superset)
3x8 superset (3 flutter kicks ea side then 1 reverse crunch=1 rep)
Everything 5x30sec on & 30sec off
1 min rest b/w each exercise
On the 4th video I did 5x15sec on & 15sec off because omg 😅💀
On the 5th video both sides is 1 set
And no slides are not gym shoes but slides are my best friend 😂
