Last week was a write off in the food department for me.... It's not that I ate a whole bunch of junk, it's that I didn't eat enough (of the right foods). .
I was totally off plan, didn't eat all my meals, but what I did eat wasn't AWFUL. But, I also treated myself a little too much, and had a #yolo
attitude. 🙊 .
These pictures are one week apart, and to my surprise, I didn't lose any of my progress. If anything, I think all the food went to my ass! 🙈😂 #winning #bootygainz
Just goes to show that this is a lifestyle, and not diet. That if you have a bad day (or week in my case), you aren't going to lose all of your results. .
It's a new week though, and I am ready to get back on track! 👊 .
Prep week for my next group starts tomorrow, and we're officially kicking off on March 26th! This group is filling up SO fast, so I decided to open up ONLY 5 more spots! .
