🌟Day 217🌟 Lunch- synfree roasted tomato soup prepped this morn and blitzed at lunchtime. Now I’m not normally a tomato soup kinda gal but yum this was amazing. Will defo be making again and it’s so easy to throw together. I added some quark mixed with water and a few chives. 🌟Day 217🌟Breakfast- loads of speed veg and protein to keep me full! I’ve missed my big breakfasts! Here’s to an awesome on plan week! Spinach, caramelised red onions leftover from last night, mushrooms, big tomato, 1 syn hot smoked sweet chilli salmon from @lidlireland

Made a delicious spicy sausage and butter bean pasta sauce last night. Equally you could serve this with quinoa, rice or on a jacket sweet potato. You could also easily make it vegan by removing the chorizo / sausages and adding veggie sausage or lentils/extra beans.
⏩ 3 large sausages (mine were farm shop black pepper /pork)
⏩ About 2 inch of chorizo, sliced then halved
⏩ 3 small onions
⏩ 3 cloves sliced garlic
⏩ 2 peppers (red/yellow /orange)
⏩ 1 chilli 🌶 sliced (green or red)
⏩ Handful of mushrooms, quartered
⏩ 1 packet of cherry tomatoes, quartered
⏩ Handful chopped parsley
⏩ 1 tsp dried oregano
⏩ 1 small carton passata
⏩ 1 tablespoon tomato purée
⏩ 1 can of butter beans
⏩ A dash of red wine (optional)
🌶️Grill the sausages, leave to cool then slice them.
🌶️Fry the chorizo in a large pan (no oil needed) for 5 mins.
🌶️Add the sliced onion, garlic and peppers for another 5 minutes.
🌶️Chuck in the rest of the ingredients, except butter beans and stir.
🌶️Cook down without a lid for 5 minutes to thicken and reduce.
🌶️Add the butter beans and a little water if the mixture is too dry, or red wine if you have it. You don't want it too watery, it should be thick.
🌶️Cook for another 10-15 min on a low heat with a lid on.

🌟Day 216🌟lunch- 1.5syns + HexB for this. Fitz multiseed bagel slim (hexB), half a syn of light salad cream, mixed leaves, red onion and hot smoked sweet chilli salmon darne from Lidl (1syn). ⚖️Weigh day 31⚖️ 1pound up! It is what it is and I can’t say I’m entirely surprised or disappointed tbh! I had a huge loss of 4.5 lbs last week so to still be down 3.5 lbs after two weeks is still better than my norm! I also think part of the loss last week was due to dehydration etc. My appetite this week has been enormous as if to make up for all the things I didn’t eat the week before! 😂 And I’m not making excuses- but I didn’t have enough speed in the house and I wasn’t tracking my syns as well as I usually do. 🤷🏻♀️ So I think all that contributed to my gain this week. Never fear! It’ll be gone next week and I’m still aiming for the 4st award before my wedding! I have 2 weigh ins and 4 pounds to go! I hope I can do it!! Nothing like a goal for motivation!! 🌟Day 215🌟Lunch- Another sandwich! Not ideal but still on plan. Today is another SP day for me so this is my second HexB. I don’t always use the second HexB if I’m doing SP but today lunch was in my parents’ house so options were limited! I used 2 extra light laughing cow triangles (you’re allowed 6 as HexA) lettuce and ham. Also had some blueberries. Current mood:🥪 #slimmingworld #slimmingworlduk #slimmingworldireland

🌟Day 214🌟Dinner- chicken cooked with 2 tbsp of crucials BBQ sauce for 1 syn, 30g of RF cheddar melted on top and 10g on the salad (HexA) salad with crunchy iceberg lettuce, thinly sliced apple and cucumber and red onion with just salt and pepper and apple cider vinegar. 🌟Day 214🌟Breakfast was coffee, 1 slice of Wholemeal toast (half hexB) and some cherry tomatoes. Not very exciting! I spent the day in town doing a few jobs for the wedding and getting a few more things ticked off the list. I intended on going home for lunch but alas I got carried away in the shops! I was passing the new spar on Patrick’s street and decided to give the new @chopped.ie
a go! Very impressed with the selection and how fresh everything was. I did a DIY bowl with Cos, mixed peppers, red onion and carrot (all speed) lemon and garlic chicken breast (allowing 1 syn just to be safe but I reckon it’s free) and then 2 syns worth approx of low fat spicy mayo. It was 7 Euro for what I chose but it was a sizeable portion. There is a lil counter you can stand at but technically it’s takeaway.
