Un nuovo pranzo! Polpette di macinato di pollo e cavolfiore, solo questi due ingredienti! Poi insalata per accompagnare! Veramente ottime, anche solo l'impasto schiacciato e fatto a polpetta, merita molto! Io le ho fatte a polpetta schiacciata per cucinarle prima!
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup powdered sugar
8-10 drop vanilla essence
1 cup flour
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup milk
1 tbsp honey
1/4 cup chopped nuts (I have used only cashew nuts)
2 tbsp choco chips
Preheat microwave at 230 for 5 min
Mix sugar and butter till sugar dissolve
Add vanilla essence, cocoa powder, baking powder and honey and mix it than add flour, milk and nuts and mix. Batter should be of thick consistency than add half of choco chips and transfer it in a rectangular baking tray.. First grease the tray with butter than place butter paper on it and than transfer the batter in it spread Choco chips on it and bake it at convection mode in microwave for 30 mins at 160 degree
When baked take it out of microwave let it cool down than demould it and cut with sharp knife
