Had to try Orange Theory since I’ve heard so much about it! The system is pretty cool. I’m a fan of measuring my heart rate while working out, I’ve been doing that for +15 yrs, but on top of that I can see how OTF’s system can help greatly if you need motivation or if you want to reach specific weight loss goals. Quit complaining about WhT you don’t have, and utilize what you do have. Some stairs, a theraband and some good old fashioned WILL POWER. Quit doubting yourself and get to work, especially in this Louisiana humidity. The workout today 1. 10 sets of 10 stair climbers variations(such as squats jumps, skipping, etc.) 2. 10 sets of 1 lap of lateral squats with/without theraband. 3. 500 body squats.(I divided them by sets of 50.) Triple set. Should be done in 60-90 min. Receiving possible bad news is basically the same as receiving bad news. I’m trying to stay positive, but it can be difficult. This is one of the many reasons I love having fitness in my life.
