There are 3 exercises total and I performed the circuit 3 times, PRIOR to my leg workout, as a warm up! Here’s the details:
1️⃣Burpee to pulse squat, 10-12 reps// Focus on keeping your core tight and getting your feet underneath you for the squat
2️⃣Horizontal box squat leaps, 10-12 reps// Focus on exploding to the other side of the box
3️⃣Elevated lunge jumps, 10 reps each leg// These burn like 🤪 but push through it bc it’s soooo good for you!

And the weather outside was frightful........ This is nearly the end of March and we have minus temperature, cold wind and snow on the ground. Perfect weather for a nice hot cocoa. But what about training days?
Me personally, I am a creature of comfort, I like cool but not cold, warm but not too hot, you get the picture lol. So tomorrow I will really have to push myself to get out here and run. Some say you will get sick, injured, etc, but I am lucky so far. The last snowy run I had, only had frozen toes everything else was nice and warm.
My thinking is, if I would live in Siberia, I would never train and nothing would have being done like ever.
So yes dress up warm, stretch before the training, and whatever it is HIIT, run, circuit,etc, just go for it.
Only everything g to gain and nothing to loose. Perfect weather to clear mind and spirit.

1 ◻ jumping jacks
2 ◻ wall sit / squat hold
3 ◻ push ups
4 ◻ crunches
5 ◻ step ups
6 ◻ tricep dips
7 ◻ high knees
8 ◻ lunges
9 ◻push up to twist
10 ◻ burpee, cross knee to elbows
11 ◻ squat jumps .
⏯ 30 seconds on, 10 seconds off 🔁 repeat 2-3 rounds

If you feel like switching things up, working up a sweat and testing out your endurance. Try 4 rounds of this with 30-60s rest inbetween. This had me dying lol. My first time I've ever done kettlebell swings, it was a little more taxing than I thought it would be lol.
Anyways give it a try as a workout finisher. Do the last round of push ups and kettlebell swings to failure 💪🏽💪🏽
